Cosy but prime location
Pros:

Second time staying in this apartment, whilst very cosy with 4-5 people, the location is unbeatable, the layout is cosy, and there’s lots of good amenities like heaps of mirrors.

Schönes Familienzimmer in Tokyo mit allem, was man braucht.
Pros:

Schöne Gegend in zentraler Lage mit netten Restaurants, einem 7-Eleven direkt vor der Tür und guter Verkehrsanbindung. Toller Ausblick aus dem 10. Stock! Für uns als 5-köpfige Familie waren Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers perfekt. Check-in/out ging schnell und einfach per Tablet.

Très bonne base pour explorer l’ensemble de Tokyo et bien se reposer le soir.

Pros:

Room had enough space for 5. We didnt spend much time in room but appreciate having space to decompress. Kids enjoyed themselves and didnt feel overly crowded.

Cons:

Pictures definitely look more spacious then it really is. Didnt know how to move toilet seat temperature, was pretty warm.

Comfy beds and good location
Pros:

Great location and good price to get multiple beds for a family. The room was very small which means having 2 suitcases open left almost no space to walk around but it did not come as a surprise as we could tell from the pictures. Beds were super comfy and the area was quiet.

Cons:

There are stairs to reach the entrance which become slippery when raining. It was also an issue for our stroller.

It wasn’t a comfortable stay with bedbug bites and a string smell on their towels.
Pros:

It is very very narrow, I know Japan hotels is small but this one is extra small not quite good in the layout.

Cons:

The towels had a bad smell on it. And we had bed bugs bite.

若能再提供出租腳踏車，方便鄰近購物似乎會更好一點
