Not my first stay in this hotel. I was quite often to Alicante and tried a number of local hotels, but Eurostars Pórtico Alicante in the only hotel which I've chosen several times for staying. Location is great just in the heart of the city, close to the promenade and beach, as well as to restaurants and shops. Everything is very clean, rooms are comfortable and quite, beds are comfy, nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. My special thanks to Ruslana, who works on the reception!

Pros:

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top – man ist mitten im Zentrum und erreicht vieles zu Fuss. Was uns besonders positiv überrascht hat: Trotz der zentralen Lage hört man im Zimmer praktisch nichts von draussen. Dadurch konnten wir wirklich abschalten und entspannen.

Das Hotel wirkt modern, gepflegt und angenehm ruhig. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können den Aufenthalt definitiv weiterempfehlen. 👍🏻

Klimatyczny rooftop, dobra baza do zwiedzania Alicante

Lokalizacja, rooftop z pięknym widokiem, poczekalnia (bodajże 1 piętro - sprawdzi się do pracy zdalnej), room service, bliskość do sklepów i atrakcji, sumienny personel sprzątający - pokoje były dokładnie czyszczone, recepcja komunikatywna i stara się być pomocna zwłaszcza przy zameldowaniu. Ładny design pokoju. Ulotki. Wydawało mi się, że widziałem wtyczki do światłowodu (internet po kablu) - nie sprawdzałem, czy działały

Cons:

Uważam, że siłownia mogłaby być lepiej wyposażona - mała, mało sprzętu, wydawało mi się że obiekt dysponuje basenem ale tylko wydawało albo nie mogłem znaleźć. Półki pod prysznicem są postawione na takiej wysokości, że ciągle się o nie obijałem. Przydałby się pewnie netflix na TV. Wi-Fi czasem traciło sygnał - długo się łaczyło.

Hotel ma urok, klimat, świetne umiejscowienie i przyjemny rooftop, ale miałem wrażenie że czegoś mi brakowało, tak jakby chyba nie do końca wykorzystany potencjał...

Insane balcony and views, comfortable bed, excellent stay!
Pros:

The staff was so helpful and wonderful, everything was comfortable and really made our stay perfect. The central location was incredibly helpful to get around downtown.

Cons:

I wish the rooftop bar was run less like a restaurant and was instead open for people to just chill up around. I would have liked to go up after hours and sit. Honestly though it's such a minor thing.

Alles wirklich top, nettes Personal, das uns im Vorfeld sogar angerufen hat, um den Weg zu erklären! Einzig das sehr teure Parken und die etwas umständliche Rückgabe der Parkkarte (morgens um 4:30 Uhr) wären zu verbessern.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the sites and excellent restaurants.
Pros:

The location of the property and the spaciousness of the room, which had an excellent outlook over the square. The soundproofing was perfect so we had undisturbed nights throughout. The roof bar was lovely.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like, although the addition of a pool would have been the cherry on the top of the cake.
