Świetny hotel w Alicante
Pros:

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony- samo centrum,blisko na plażę. Świetny rooftop z drinkami i bardzo dobrymi tapasami. Nasz pokój był duży, codziennie sprzątany, wygodne łóżka.Personel bardzo miły.Można zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu.

It was a pleasant stay once we got accustomed to the dimensions of the rooms in Europe.
Pros:

The property is located near the town hall in a very lively area where they were doing a lot of construction at the time.
We were very pleased with the sound canceling doors because the noise level was very high.
The staff was super helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very well located in the heart of all the restaurants & yet quiet at night.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of food to choose from. A little expensive though at €22.00

Perfect holiday in great location and wonderful hotel.

Location perfect. Large rooms exceptionally clean. Great staff. Very good communication from the hotel prior to arrival. Couldn’t fault anything at all.

Cons:

The pillows are hard and barrel shaped. This appears to be quite normal in Spain but we find them uncomfortable.

Cons:

Tuvimos que llamar a recepción 2 veces para que nos pusieran el aire acondicionado porque no podíamos encenderlo desde la habitación,lo tienen capado para poder controlarlo ellos y pasamos muchísimo calor hasta que lo encendieron , si quitabas la tarjeta se apagaba el aire y tenías que volver a llamar a recepción para que lo volvieran a encender. Eso no me gustó nada en un hotel de 5 estrellas .

Super hotel in het stadscentrum
Pros:

Uitstekend comfortabele, nette en stille kamer.
Badkamer heel netjes.
Goed ontbijtbuffet.
Vriendelijk personeel bij de incheckbalie, bij het ontbijt en in de rooftopbar!
Heel geschikte ligging, dicht bij de bushalte voor de luchthaven, bij het strand en het oude centrum van Alicante.
