Excellent location if a little pricey
Pros:

Great location, one minute from the Explanada and 5 mins to the beach and tram to San Juan beach.
Lovely spacious clean room, great shower and towels. Comfy large bed.

Cons:

All good - bigger, firmer and more pillows would be good

Pros:

A quiet, elegant, modern hotel in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the Explanada de España, with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Cons:

The hotel description says that the rooftop bar offers spectacular views. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience...

It doesn't feel like a five star hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and the hotel was in a good location. The lady at the reception was very kind, helping us with weighing our luggage.

Cons:

I booked a twin room with separate beds, what I got was double room with one big bed. I think for the high price I paid for the five star hotel, I should be able to have my own bed like I requested and not having an uncomfortable situation of sleeping in a same bed with a person that isn't my partner.
The bathroom has no doors, something quite popular in Spain in general but still, it doesn't make one comfortable when hearing unwanted noise or seeing unwanted scenes which a simple door would have prevented. We were in a four stars hotel before arriving to Alicante and the comfort of the room with attention of the personnel there was on a much higher level than here, sadly.

В целом я очень довольна данным вариантом размешения
Pros:

Отель шикарно расположен прямо в центре, все удобно, чисто и комфортно. В этих аспектах отель точно превзошел мои ожидания.

Cons:

Подушки не самые удобные, здесь явно можно подобрать лучшие варианты.
Завтрак тоже можно сделать более разнообразным, а персонал ресторана более расторопным.
