Love the location - so convenient to the beach and shopping facilities. Staff were lovely, and organised a pre packed breakfast for us the morning of check out as we were leaving early

Just one thing happened that was very surprising for us. one day the breakfast room was so full they did not have a table for us for a while. They were not trying to find solutions either and just asked us to wait outside. When we asked again to suggest that they separate a table from a couple's big table for 4 they finally agreed. We found chairs to squeeze 3 of us around one small table. They did not handle the situation very well and our constructive criticism at the reception about this was not understood or responded to.
Exceptional hotel in a fantastic location, all the staff were lovely and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is clean and modern, near to numerous restaurants and the beach.
The room was much bigger than expected with all facilities.
Staff were very polite, helpful and went out of their way to resolve a problem I had, leaving something behind in the room.
I had a very prompt response, item was found and a means initiated so that it could be returned.
Maybe the room could feel a little bit cosier, appears slightly clinical, but that’s quite a personal thing really. It’s very modern and therefore meets expectations and presents up to 5* standard, with lovely dual aspect windows in the room.
We found a couple of lovely restaurants to eat at during our stay in Alicante, but it’s necessary to do a bit of research first, many especially a long the seafront are quite touristy whereas we prefer more authentic places.
Nice hotel in the historic centre of Alicante, right next to the City Hall. Nice, well equipped rooms, good noice isolation and very friendly staff.
