The staff are very nice people. They try to accommodate all of your needs. The breakfast was good and they had a variety of Arabic options as well as cereal and juice. If you do not like warm milk though I suggest you bring your own cold milk down. They also had seasoned potatoes as a choice. The rooms were comfortable and the tub was big enough to accommodate. I did not get a chance to use the pool however it looks like a pretty good size. No deep end though. Also, they have a jacuzzi outside on rooftop as well.

فندق نظيف و فريق عمل مش نظيف

الفندق متعوب عليه ونظيف وصاحبه يجتهد في التحسين و الصيانة .. و لكن موظفي الاستقبال كارثة

انا عطيت نجمة لكي ينتبه اصحاب الفندق و يقرؤوا كلامي .. صاحب الفندق يجتهد في تحسينه فريق العمل يجب تغييره لاني سجلت و جئت الساعة الثانية فجرا يوم 7 بينما يبدا التسجيل بعد ظهر 6 فقال مدير الاستقبال الباكستاني ( علي خان ) كيف اسجل الان ؟ قلت لا ادري فانا لم اجد تاريخ 6 بخيارات الحجز فقال بسخرية( بل انتم تعرفون كل شي ) قلت: عفوا؟! فظل يدقق وقال انت جاي من بوكينق؟ فتوتر شوية( مع اني لم انطق بحرف) غير الموضوع وقال بعطيك اكبر غرفة عندي عشان تعطيني تقييم 10 لكن عطاني اظن اصغر غرفة .. قلت اهطيك جواز زوجتي؟ قال لا ما فيه داعي( وهذا خلاف القانون) ولما رحنا للفطور المشمول واللا مدير المطعم ( نور ) رفض زوجتي تدخل كعي .. قال ما مسجلة عندي .. وهذا اذلال مفروض يتصل من اللاسلكي لللي بيده غلى علي خان ويتاكد او يخطو 10 خطواط ويتاكد من خان .. ومع ذلك حتى نور وجد الوقاحة ليقول: عطينا تقييم 10 ( على ايش بس ؟) وعند الخروج قلت لعلي خان لريد تكسي قال انا اتصل لك بتكسي اعرفه يوديك للمطار ب 50 ريال .. قلت مش كثير ؟ قال بل اقل شي هذا . واتصلت بنفسي في تكسي كريم قدامه وحجزت ب 14 ريال فقط ( اظنه كان سيتقاسم الخمسين مع راعي التكسي حقته ) الفندق ممتاز لكن الطاقم سئ و سبب لتدمير سمعته واللي يجي ما يرجع له .. يا صاحب الفندق هذول يدمرون عملك و بيشوفون شركتك حرامية
