The beach access is worth it. Breakfast is fantastic. Water pressure is good for a great hot shower. Easy access to all touristy attractions

Cons:

Slow elevator. Safe in room would be great. Parking lot was tight and hard to navigate

I was not pleased so my overall score is a 2.5!
Pros:

Cleanliness and the parking. Bar staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs while at the bar!

Cons:

I understand about the 4 o’clock check-in but when the rooms are ready I think you should be able to get one & also they never asked for a phone number to call you when the room was ready, you had to sit in the lobby and wait! Also there was NO exhaust fans in the bathroom, no Aux ports to plug in your cell phone cord if you didn’t have the box! The King Suit (803) didn’t have table lamps so you could only have the ceiling light on also the phones in the rooms could not be used because there was nothing to let you know how to call room to room or the Check-in desk or any where else on the resort, also house keeping never came to the room to see if we needed anything, we had to go to the laundry room or catch them outside on our floor for towels or to get out bed changed! I don’t think we will be coming back!
