I think that they jst need a little updating! I will prob stay there again but not in room 905 🫣
Pros:

I loved the location of the property! We have stayed here once before. And last time was so much better room wise. I also think the staff was nice and helpful though.

Cons:

When we got to the room we chked things and didn’t realize the fridge wasn’t working. Went to the store bought some sandwich stuff. Milk cereal and pop. They was nice enough to give us another fridge that belonged in the managers office.
Then another thing was the location of the air conditioner in room 905. Beside the bed so close. And it made a lot noise. Sliding door wouldn’t lock either.

You got to get the double trouble burger. It’s worth the trip.
Pros:

The burgers was incredible. Maybe one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back for the burgers.

Cons:

The ac unit in our room was really loud but it kinda acted like white noise so it somewhat put you to sleep sometimes.

Cons:

The elevator was a little dis functional. And if you’re on a lower floor with a young child the music is loud at night. But on a higher floor you can’t hear it.

We had previously stayed at the resort and things weren’t working properly
Pros:

The Resort had a good location depending on the time table such as July 4th. The staff was excellent

Cons:

Neighboring rooms were quite loud at nighttime playing music and not much was done. Elevator was broken for 2 days of our stay making the wait longer

Las puertas viejas y golpeadas como si acostumbraran a abrirlas ala fuerza no me sentía seguro eran fácil de abrir por fuera, los ascensores no funcionaban ni al 40 % dos veces tuve que subir asta el piso 9 por la escaleras porque no funcionaban, no tienen para uno subir oh bajar sus maletas, los precios en el bar son exagerados con respecto a los demás hoteles alrededor, honestamente no vale lo que pagué es muy decepcionante

Okay for a quick Myrtle trip
Pros:

Great location on the beach. Private balcony except when you are at the bars, you can see your neighbors. Quiet except for loud speaker outside balcony at the pool. Has restaurant in hotel, staff there was very hospitable. Nice size pool goes 3 ft to 8 ft. And a separate kiddie pool.

Cons:

The elevator was a total nightmare. Pray you don't get on the 11th floor because that's alot of stairs! Took forever for elevator to come and sometimes never came. Then stopped on every floor at times even when no one was there 😭. Rooms need to be dusted.

Location is oceanfront
Pros:

All of the rooms are oceanview with a balcony. Being oceanfront was definitely the highlight. I opened my door and drifted off to the ocean at night after they stopped playing music through the speakers which is unnecessary. I would have preferred the ocean sounds to constant music. The rooms were clean and I liked that the floors were laminate. The kitchenette was a nice plus as well as a separate living room from the bedroom area.

Cons:

One of the elevators was down so it was a very long wait for the working elevator and we walked 12 flights a couple of times. Check in is late; 4 PM with no early check in unless you want to pay an additional $50 if they have availability. Check out is early; 10AM. I had 1 fruity drink at the bar and they charged me $15 even though the menu said $11 and I don't think it had any or else very little rum in it; might as well have been a slushy. It would have been nice to be provided with a broom because we got the floor sandy. Also only bar soap was provided, no shampoo or conditioner.

We had a great time
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The bar staff were great! Very friendly and kept the bar area clean.

Cons:

Was not impressed with the restaurant/grill inside the hotel. The food was decent but very overpriced. The staff never put out the chairs and umbrellas out on the beach the entire time we were there.

Cons:

The room we stayed in didn't have any silverware or plates for the small kitchen area that was in our room. The door to the balcony was really hard to open and close. Not a bad place at all but could use those few things to make the say better.

Cons:

Only thing I’d complain about is the bathroom sink faucet not being able to life all the way up due to the wall mirror being too low. Couldn’t life the sink handle up to turn the faucet all the way on
