Although there was an issue with our room. James stepped in and was more than accommodating. All staff member were great
Pros:

The location of the property was the absolute best. Being on the beach is the only option while on vacation. The bar and pool areas were nice and clean.

Cons:

The rooms didn’t live up to the expectations giving from the photos.

Simply Perfection!
Pros:

The room was perfect! It was super clean and had an amazing view of the beach. Staff were wonderful we had amazing drinks made by super friendly and welcoming bartenders. Music was also very relaxing and set the tone for vacation vibes.

Stingy with towels and wash cloths. Won’t sweep your room or provide broom. Pull out bed sucked. And air conditioner mad

The pool was okay.

Cons:

Trying to get towels and wash clothes was like pulling teeth, we stayed 4 nights with 5 guest and might have gotten 8 towels and wash cloths. I ended up purchasing my own from Walmart. By the second day our floor needed swept, as I stayed there’s 5 of us. Asked for a broom or for housekeeping to sweep, it was the 3rd evening after I purchased a broom that they provided one. The pull out bed was lumpy and uneven. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t sleep, almost a roaring noise. They told me as long as it worked they couldn’t do anything.

I would rather stay elsewhere! There are many hotels with competitive rates and much better!

Overall, nice hotel for the price.
Pros:

Location of the hotel was great - allowed for a quick drive to activities.

Cons:

The wait for breakfast was too long - we were told 15 minutes, an hour later, they brought our food out. Once it did arrive, half of our meals were cold from sitting there waiting for other food to finish.

We were also assigned a room that directly faced the pool - so vacation was a little louder/less relaxing than I thought it would be.

Could've found somehere a lot better

I called to make sure I could bring my emotional support animal they told me all I need to have was her registration once I got there it was confusion with her being an emotional support animal and not a service animal so I had to find her someone to stay at the last minute...very unorganized

Lovely ocean view and breakfast at the Grande Beach Resort
Pros:

We loved the location with a room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We were in a "Family" room with five adults which was a little crowded but comfortable all in all. The breakfast plan was unique with an agreement between the hotel and the restaurant in the building. The breakfast was great -- one of the best we had in our 17 day "Road Trip"

Cons:

The toilet and bath area was very small with the sink and mirror outside of it and no way to close off the larger area to change clothing, etc.

Don’t Stay Here!!
Pros:

The breakfast and bar drinks was the best thing about to property.

Cons:

The first room 303 we were assigned to smelled bad upon arrival and the room was hot. The mattress felt like a water bed, the microwave has a big dent on the side and the living room light was very dim. The ac unit was frozen (as to why the room was hot and not cooling) and instead of the front desk person sending maintenance right away to fix it or offer to move us to another room she stated she would send maintenance once he finished what he was doing on the 7th floor. We waiting 20 plus minutes then I called asking can someone come now cause we had dinner reservations we need to make. I then asked to move to another room and the General Manager stated that one of the two maintenance guys was at the desk and he would talk to him to see. A few minutes later the maintenance guy came back to the room and that’s when we were moved to room 204. No compensation or anything was given until I mentioned it to the Front Desk Manager at check out which we were given free breakfast vouchers that we used right away before we left. Long story short we will never stay here again. A overpriced hotel not worth it.
