Disappointing
Pros:

Perfect location

Cons:

We advised prior to arrival date that we would be using the fold out sofa bed but upon arrival we were told the bed hadn’t been prepared
We said no worries just drop the bedding to our room and we’ll attend to bed later
We received sheets and a pillow but no warm cover so I was cold all night
Also the lock on the door was broken which we reported but this wasn’t fixed and so we had to put one of the bar stools in the slide track of the door to secure it from being opened during the night
2 ladies and a baby and door that didn’t lock not really ideal

My first stay and experience was better than this one but only due to the cleanliness

Location and staff are always great. I am a returning customer

Cons:

The mold growing on all the windows and the smell in the bathroom. Also lots of dust collecting on the PowerPoint near bed head. I was in room 9.

Right next to the beach
Pros:

Friendly, efficient staff. The whole establishment was really clean. You could walk right out the back gate to the beach. Simple, small rooms.

Clean and friendly
Pros:

Handy to the beach and airport, comfortable bed and great shower.

Cons:

A bit noisy, the airport is close by but the planes are surprisingly loud, but not so many of them. The main noise was the other guests, talking early in the morning outside the rooms you could hear everything, i guess its the set up of the hotel, but didn't work for my Sunday morning hangover.

Pros:

The staff were nice and it was on the beach. The bed was comfy and room was clean.

Cons:

The windows shattered every time a plane took off. Windows should be double glazed at least. The tiny fridge was so full of sale items that there was no room for us to put our drinks. No toaster.

We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was just perfect: a Danish, tub of Youghurt, bunch of grapes, strawberries
Pros:

Everything was just really excellent. The room had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable. So close to the beach we could hear the soothing waves at night. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. Marta organised a late check out for no additional fee. She informed us of the happy hour and made delicious cocktails, even a mocktail that wasn’t officially on the menu for my underage daughter. She was really super friendly. Reminded us of the free bike rentals, organised breakfast for next morning and let us know that we could have it in our room or on the terrace. We would truly recommend this place to either families with kids, couples on a romantic gateway , small group of friends. We felt very safe and it was super quiet at night time.

Very comfy. great location. Exxy for what it is, but this is not uncommon for the area.
Pros:

Great location with direct beach access. Can sit on deck chairs in little front garden and watch for whales. The staff were really lovely and very helpful. Very comfy bed. Room was relatively spacious for what is basically a funky, modernised motel room. Plenty of parking onsite or outside on the road.

Cons:

Room had no opening windows. Only way to get air is open the sliding glass door onto the shared walkway. No screen doors, so no security and bugs at night if they're around. The room was subsequently a bit airless and hot even though it was a cool night. Had to use air con and ceiling fan. Might be better if in an upper floor room.

The staff were incredible and accomodating from start to finish. The hotel is in an amazing location with direct access to the beach and walking paths. The rooms were extremely clean and parking was easy and safe. Overall an amazing experience and we highly recommend
