Very clean hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location is amazing. Just two blocks from the subway. The room was very spaceous and clean. The hotel was VERY friendly to our dog that came along as part of our relocation to NYC. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room has a kitchenette but when we arrived there were no basic items that one needs on their first day after a long flight: small detergent, sponge, paper towel and such. We were forced to rush to alocal supermarket to obtain them.

Comfy stay in a beautiful room near Manhattan
Pros:

Great value for a stay close to Manhattan! Our room was very spacious and had a dining table, kitchenette, and small balcony with a nice view. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a more residential neighbourhood but there is a deli / convenience store right next door and the subway stops are 5-10 minute walks away.

The kitchenette only contains a mini fridge and microwave, there is a sink but no dish soap, no sponge and no dishwasher
Pros:

The bedding was very comfortable, the room size is comfortable for two people.

Cons:

High floor with elevator, only three rooms in each floor.

Loved, loved the desk gals and housekeeper! Always helpful and friendly! A gem of a hotel with a lovely suite! Everything you need without a crowd. Will return!

Pros:

Area is not bad, just not as nice as downtown. Room is much larger than others I have stayed in the area (Manhattan & Queens). Hotel is 2 blocks from N, W subway line or 5 blocks from 7 line (15 min from Midtown). All three lines stop at the Queensboro Plaza so you can change trains or walk. Cost/accessibility to downtown is very reasonable.

Pros:

There is actually no parking on the property as listing states. Parking is 2 blocks down the street in the garage that hotel partners with. Considering the area, if you are woman staying alone or with child, i would not recommend staying here.
