清潔、設備が良い

ネットで予約して、現地に着いたらチェックインの時間前でした。
急いでたので、他の空いてるすぐに入れる部屋と交換して欲しいと伝えると、「予約した部屋をキャンセルしてください」と。
キャンセル料は部屋代満額貰いますとの事。
「部屋が空いてるなら、その部屋と交換してください」と伝えても、「キャンセル料は宿泊費と満額でないと無理です」の一点張り。
仕方なく二部屋分払いました。
大変憤りを感じます。
こんなホテルがいまだにあるのか？と本気で腹が立ちました。
2度と行きたくありません。
せっかく立地や設備が良いのに、対応する人のせいで、最悪なホテルだと思います。
周りの人にも、この事は伝えたいですね。
絶対行かない方が良いと。
