Liked the welcome from staff on arrival who made no fuss after my dog pulled away from me and my yoghurt ended up all over the floor!
Nothing
This was a stopover after completing the NC500. We were given the large family room. Very spacious, wonderful large bathroom and perfect shower. 100% clean. Everything we needed. Taylor was attentive and met every request with a smile and efficiency. This is a wonderful building in the heart of the town. We were pleased to use a local business. 5 minutes from the motorway. Easy to find.
We had a great dinner in the evening, it tasted fresh and delicious, well done chef. I recommend the fish, salad and gammon. Chips were nice. It is really nice that the hotel is updating the meeting rooms and they look great with panelling and new velvet. Nothing tacky, the bar areas are great and comfortable. We (a diverse family of 5) booked 2 rooms. Absolutely delighted with our stopover, many thanks to everybody at the King’s Arms!
Perfect for our needs.
Tres propre, très bon accueil.
Clean & comfortable, perfect for a weary traveller needing a pit stop.
