Pros:

The staff were very friendly and proactive and couldn't do enough for us. Location perfect, really close to shops, bars, restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beach. Free parking behind the hotel.

Cons:

Our room had been freshly decorated and was lovely. The hotel is being renovated bit by bit and some of the interior had seen better days. The sofa in our room was stained, but we just put an extra sheet over it...

Pros:

all staff was kind and helped us whatever we need, beds shower tv was good, specially Netflix and YouTube apps helped us to ease our boredom

A pleasant stay close to beach and attractions

Cons:

I booked it because it had parking
Booking.com didn’t tell me that parking wasn’t included in my booking and I had to pay another £15 for parking in hotel carpark. This should be clear.

Pros:

The staff is cooperative. Everything was organized and good.

Cons:

Exhaust fan in the toilet not working. TV Remote had no batteries. Windows was little hard to open. The staircase was a little dusty. No air circulation in the staircase area.

Pros:

location, rooms were big

Cons:

staff were rude, parking you have to pay for despite being listed as free online as a ‘first come first serve’, room was so run down (broken tiles, missing carpet, holes in duvet, tap would rattle and make a loud noise when on)

We’ve booked the hotel during pride weekend. Overpriced room rate. No value for money. It was old and outdated. The room has a musty smell.

Nightmare hotel.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Everything. The bed was like a rocking chair, completely unstable and clearly very old. The mattress felt like it had no padding, only springs, clearly very old. Windows didn't lock despite there being scaffolding at the windows. The room was hot and had a really bad smell no matter how much you opened the windows. The entire hotel had the same terrible smell. I came down in the morning at around 7am to see the receptionist asleep on a sofa, quickly jumping up at the sight of me. Stay away from this hotel at all costs.
