Soggiorno perfetto a Rethymno
Pros:

Posizione centrale per girare a piedi la città , a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto .
Staff molto gentile e accogliente , al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto una limonata . Struttura molto bella , colazione varia e abbondante, terrazza panoramica per bere un drink e fare colazione .

Keskeinen sijainti rannassa satama-alueella. Maukas aamiainen. Todella siisti huone. Ihanat näkymät huoneesta ylimmästä kerroksesta. Lähellä uimarantaa, vanhaa kaupunkia, ravintolat ja kaupat vieressä. Ihana paikka, suosittelen.

Cons:

Keskeisen sijainnin huonot puolet ovat yölliset melut, jostain lähistöltä kuului basson jytke keskiyöllä. Meni pari yötä totutellessa.

Pros:

We were very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accommodating all the staff was. Everybody went the extra mile to support us and make us feel welcome. The rooms were very tidy and clean and very spacious. Great views from our room and breakfast area with only a short walk to the beautiful old town.

Perfectly located with the beach nearby and parking across the street. Very service-minded personnel and a very good and beautifully served breakfast. The hotel is stylish on design with comfortable beds and very well-cleaned

Fabulous stay at a fabulous hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect . The staff were very welcoming, friendly and gave us a lot on information which was very useful.
Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and the shower was great.
The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay would 100% recommend
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean with daily maid service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the second we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. Special mention to the breakfast chef Maria and waitress Katrina. Absolutely great experience throughout. Also thanks to the reservation team for the surprise upgrade on our room l.

Modern hotel with great views
Pros:

Great hotel with beautiful view of the beach & harbour. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely and great views while you eat. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. Also before our stay they answered questions about organising a tour - this was appreciated.

Perfect location to relax after exploring Rethymno
Pros:

This was the ideal location for exploring Rethymno old town. The view of the sea and sail boats from our room was picturesque. It was relaxing in the evening while in the hot tub, when you see the lights reflecting in the sea and the stars above. It was calm and quiet in the morning before the tourists occupy the streets, as we could watch the orange sun rise over the sea.
The breakfast downstairs on the balcony had the same view overlooking the sea. Delicious baked selections. (all gluten full) There was fruit and an Egg dish that was prepared and served to us when we arrived at breakfast. Very tasty. The staff that prepared the breakfasts were very nice!!! They wanted to make sure we tried all the sweets they had made:)
The hotel was centrally located between old town on one side and the beaches on the other.
The car lot for parking was directly across the street toward the sea. It was under 20 euro per day. very convenient.
We walked everywhere!

Cons:

I’m writing this review one month after our stay. If I had written it right away, I would have said I liked everything, Because visually, everything was perfect! However, There is one thing that still lingers in my mind and that is the odor in our room. My husband discovered it was coming from the drain in the bathroom shower. It had the smell of sulfur. He did point it out to Demitri, who took interest in relaying it to management to make it right. The chemicals used to clean the room prior to our arrival covered it up for a short time, as did keeping the fan on in the bathroom and the drain closed in the sink.
I hope it has been addressed for future visitors, because truly, this property would be a 10/10 and I would return to stay here if returning to Rethymno.

Pros:

It was new, modern, clean and with very friendly staff. I also liked the welcome drink and treats upon arrival.

Cons:

The breakfast!!!! It was awful!! Very limited variety and even the cereal were stale. There was the option to order avocado toast but a little bit of bacon and scrambled eggs eggs wouldn’t harm anybody.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, het ontbijt was erg lekker en de kamers erg comfortabel.

Cons:

Vrijwel niks, maar als ik een puntje van kritiek moet geven: de voegen van de douche lekten een beetje waardoor er water in de hele badkamer kwam met douchen.

Welcoming friendly staff.
Pros:

We loved everything, especially the staff. Dimitri was so warm, welcoming and kind. He made our stay very special ensuring to always go above and beyond. Lucia was also so lovely ensuring we had breakfast on departure as it was an early departure and printed our bus tickets which was so helpful. Rooms were amazing with a fabulous spatial view. Staff could not do more for us
