Pros:

Wonderful vibe, clean and very comfortable. Close to all local landmarks. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The shower was really powerful and the bed was huge. A great view of the harbour with lovely sunsets.
A beautiful hotel. Would definitely come back again.

Schönes, NAHES Hotel mit perfektem Frühstück
Pros:

Eine top Ausgangslage wenn man in der Stadt ist. Leider hatten wir nur Unglück mit dem Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, da alles doch sehr hellhörig ist. Ansonsten: traumhaftes Frühstück, mehr als tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The best hotel we've ever stayed at! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Every day they greeted us with a smile, made us feel at home, and were always happy to give us helpful tips and recommendations.

The view from our balcony overlooking the harbor was absolutely stunning. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection of fresh food, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at a perfect location in Rethymnon
Pros:

The staff provided a welcoming attitude and made us feel at home. Dimitri and Lucia were friendly, helpful, and efficient at the desk. Maria’s breakfast specialties were exceptional, as were all the other breakfast items.
The location served our needs as the hotel was between Old Town and the beaches. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Rethymnon.

Bei dem doch sehr hohem Zimmer-Preis sollte der Cappuccino zum Frühstück extra kosten. Der Jacuzzi wurde zu selten gereinigt.

Nach einigem Hin und Her bekamen wir doch ein Zimmer mit Meerblick wie gebucht.
Man hat uns zuerst ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick gegeben. Von den Nachbarhäusern konnte jeder unseren Balkon voll überblicken.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet keine Parkplätze an. Die wenigen gratis Parkplätze auf dem gegenüber liegenden Parkareal sind immer besetzt, ausser man kommt nach Mitternacht. Somit ist das Parkieren eine teuere Angelegenheit wenn man länger bleibt.

Super nette Mitarbeiter.
Saubere Zimmer mit täglichen Service zur Reinigung.
Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut. Jeden Tag eine andere Auswahl mit inkludierten Eierspeisen die frisch zubereitet werden

Pros:

Welcome, room is spacious beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and harbour. Staff are professional and helpful. Water coffee and towels replenished daily.

Cons:

Music in the lift, found the coathanger style is difficult as we have arthritis.
