Friendly staff, very clean, minimal design and lovely view.

Cons:

Due to the there are at least 3 floors, my opinion is the guests would benefit greatly by the addition of an elevator or a ramp of some sorts.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely stay
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and lovely! The woman on reception really made it a beautiful stay. The place was very clean.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we asked for it to be, this might have been a language barrier issue.

A very high 9 and certainly exceeding expectations
Pros:

Very nicely renovated building and hotel that is very clean. You get detailed and clear instructions in advance and during my stay staff was extremely friendly.
The bed is comfy, the room has a nice size.
There's a safe in the room, coffee maker ...

Cons:

There's not much not to like about this place. Maybe there's no table to sit at and the chair wasn't the most comfortable. But compared to all the things o liked these are very minor things.
There's no elevator.

Pros:

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Bottled water, a fridge and room was serviced daily.

The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes. . Hotel entrance is on the main pedestrian street. A few minutes walk to the Old Town.

Would highly recommend for a stay in Plovdiv

UNA BOMBONIERA - SUPER BELLO!
Pros:

STRUTTURA ASSOLUTAMENTE STUPENDA: è una chicca! Apri la porta della camera e ti sembra di aver svoltato la pagina di una rivista di arredamento: tutto è pulito, profumato, confortevole, curato nei dettagli. E poi l'hotel è proprio nel pieno del centro storico in un viale con alberi fioriti e pieno di negozi alla moda. Fantastico!
