Las personas que nos atendieron recepción y aseo muy amables y prestas a colaborarnos, la ubicación es genial cerca al parque de los novios a restaurantes bares y negocios

Cons:

Las almohadas como mal de tierra y moho terrible, las sabanas y toallas manchadas, las cortinas rotas, el baño súper estrecho, las cortinas las paredes y los pisos se ven llenos de moho al bañarse queda ese baño terrible y mi esposo casi se resbala por lo mismo y hay demasiadas cucarachas por todo lado

Sería bueno que hicieran un aseo general profundo cambio de esas almohadas y cortinas

El aire acondicionado es muy pequeño, en Santa Marta hace mucho calor y ellos no permiten que se deje prendido para encontrar la habitación fresca, por lo cual, sentimos mucho calor. Además, el agua de la ducha depende de un control que ellos tienen en la recepción, perdimos media hora esperando que el agua subiera.

La habitación nada que ver. Se nos fue el agua, el baño estaba muy incómodo. No me gusta esa habitación no sé el resto como sea.

Pros:

Localização excelente, muito próximo da principal rua. Quarto também com instalações boas.

Cons:

Um dos dias cheguei mais tarde no quarto e a entrada principal estava fechada. Demorou um tempo até que abrissem e na frente não estava muito seguro, com alguns moradores de rua. Para uma mulher viajando sozinha achei inseguro
