Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in un luogo tranquillo e accogliente, con ottima colazione e posizio
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Si trova in un borgo molto silenzioso e rilassante, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni della città, quindi in una posizione davvero comoda. La colazione varia, ricca e di ottima qualità, perfetta per iniziare bene la giornata. Anche il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente accogliente e curato, lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei con piacere !

Perfect for our stay.
Pros:

Modern hotel with very helpful staff. Location is perfect - everything was on our doorstep.
Breakfast was lovely. You could even juice your own apples and carrots.

Pros:

We contacted the property on arrival to ask about parking, but nobody warned us about the congestion charge. Parking was €28 per night, and we were then asked for an extra €10 simply to keep the parking aligned with checkout time. In total, parking and access cost around €50. Had we been properly informed, we could have parked outside the congestion charge zone for much less.

Cons:

The property smells strongly of damp and humidity. The setup is also strange: as soon as you enter at ground level, near the building gate, there is a desk where staff manage bookings and payments, making the entrance feel more like an improvised office than a proper guest area.
The room and bathroom also had the same damp, humid smell. Overall, the property felt poorly managed and uncomfortable.

Tre cose da migliorare facilmente: 1. fornire un cuscino in più! 2. un piccolo set con dentifricio sarebbe utile 3. mettere nelle camere bollitore e tisane/té. E' una cosa da poco ma una routine rilassante per chi sta in albergo, specie quando si viaggia per lavoro

La parte nuova dell´Hotel é molto bella, le camere Delux meravigliose rispetto alle camere standard che son piccole.
Raccomando, se riuscite a prenotare le Deluxe.

Mancavano i doppi cuscini richiesti.
