Had a nice time in Parma with the exception of this hotel
Pros:

Very little. Only positive was the worker at checkin was friendly.

Cons:

I was traveling with my daughter and she compared the comfort of the bed with the 1 inch thick foam “mattress “ that she had at a summer camp. The beds were very uncomfortable, walls appeared thin and sound from adjacent rooms a problem. The parking situation is ridiculous, I had to park nearly a half mile from the hotel. When our plans changed I needed to shorten our stay there by one day, when asked if I could get a refund for the last day I was denied. I did see their cancellation policy and it clearly stated that if you cancel a reservation the first night is non refundable, I was trying to cancel the last night there and was denied. Definitely don’t recommend this hotel. The only positive was that it was the least expensive hotel in the area. I wish I had stayed in a different hotel for that part of our trip.

Charming!
Pros:

Loved the location and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

It was not an issue but the rooms are quire small. Fir us was fine, but perhaps for taller/bigger people may feel too small.

chambre et salle de bain petites. manque de cintres dans la minuscule armoire.¨
