Great price but you get what you pay for
Pros:

Very easy access to the beach and very affordable.

Cons:

I could not get a response from staff prior to arrival. We arrived late at night and I had to wait at least 20 minutes to get someone to the front to check me in. The room was dirty. The parking lot was a nightmare with several spaces blocked off for no apparent reason.

Definitely not a 5 star but was ok for the price.
Pros:

Was oceanfront. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable! Staff took our clean towels, had to beg for our towels every day. Pool looked bad. We bought a set of pots and pans, silverware, bowls(we left all of it hopefully it helps someone else)

Pros:

The location was great. The oceanfront room was exactly what we wanted, and the room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was rude and extremely unpleasant. We were as nice as could be, and she gave us nothing but attitude for absolutely no reason. (Older woman with long curly blonde hair wearing glasses) Also, our room wasn't ready yet, and we had to wait over 3 hours for it to be ready, If we hadn't paid up front, we definitely would have gone somewhere else, for sure.

For the price it was worth it.
Pros:

The sheets seem clean and towels. The price was definitely worth it. The staff is friendly and works pretty fast.

Cons:

The water was dripping from the A/C upstairs. Not only did it drip but where it fell it splashes on everything on the patio☹️. The tv had to be programmed with the remote. I saw roaches not water bugs but brown household roaches.

Del hotel nada .. la máquina dispensadora de hielo, lo único bueno!

Cons:

El hotel mal en el aseo.. las instalaciones viejas y eso no importa, pero con mal mantenimiento.. nos quitaron comida del refrigerador, las prendes muy delgadas, se escucha el televisor del cuarto de la par, la piscina no estába aseada el agua no se veía el agua limpia … muebles el baño deterioradas en la habitación.. solicitan 100 dólares de depósito por algún daño causado y casi todo estaba deteriorado con el tiempo

I liked the oceanfront view

Cons:

I was on the beach for a few hours in the morning and then came back and jumped in the pool. The one staff member came running out telling me to get out of the pool cause it wasn't open yet. I had no idea what time it was. He told me it was 840 so he kicked me out of the pool for 20 minutes and I thought that was stupid as hell.

Avoid unless you’re good with pot and no locks or towels or cleanliness
Pros:

This was a pot smell covered disaster on the beach - doors had to be kicked to open and double checked they actually lock when leaving.. no towels and asked them for a day until we finally got some. Dirty and very ran down, would’ve understood the price for $40/night but not almost $200?!!
