Pros:

The staff was amazing
Everything was clean and warm although it was a bit moody weather
The staff in the restaurant were so welcoming and nice. They have even recognized us from previous years, and I am so grateful for that!

Cons:

The food
I don't know what happened, but either the chef is different or they changed suppliers
For example, the ham in breakfast was so sour and had an odd taste - I couldn't eat it.
The potatoes were so overdone that we couldn't chew them.
We ended up leaving half of our breakfasts both days

Nice room … good location … helpful staff

Cons:

Stayed 2 nights … after 1st night came back at 4.30pm …room not made up … not an issue … just an inconvenience… had to go back to reception for coffee / etc.
We had booked ‘with breakfast’ … bit of confusion at checkout as we were charged for breakfast ‘because we didn’t present our vouchers’ that we were never given or asked for.
