A standard courtyard in a convenient location. Let down by degraded housekeeping.
Pros:

Convenient location, very good staff.

Cons:

The bed mattresses need replacing and the cut back housekeeping meant the room was not serviced every day.
Adjacent is a outdoor live music venue where the loud music went on past midnight. Despite us being on the 10th floor it still impacted our sleep.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in downtown Calgary
Pros:

I had arrived by long-distance bus (from Vancouver) and as the bus was delayed, it was midnight by the time I arrived. I was tired and ready for a shower and bed. The hotel was kitty-corner to the bus depot so very convenient and I was warmly welcomed at the front desk in spite of the hour. The receptionist had taken note of my request to be on a high floor and away from the elevator for which I was grateful. The room was sizeable, comfortable and the bathroom clean. I slept wonderfully! In the morning, the receptionist recommended a nearby cafe to buy a sandwich to take on my next bus ride - it was excellent!

Nice hotel in the centre of Calgary
Pros:

Overall, my stay was very positive. I enjoyed the breakfast, its location, and how clean and comfortable was.
I would happily stay again in the future.

Cons:

The room is not cleaned if the stay is for less than 3 days.
