Pros:

I stayed overnight between my flights and I was very happy with the hotel. The room was clean and nice, late night snacks were available at the hotel bar downstairs. The hotel is located not far from the airport, what was very convenient for me

We liked the location, facilities, cleanliness and the overall ambience of the hotel. Overall it was a good comfortable stay.

Cons:

Our flight was in the evening and we were planning to checkout at the standard time and do some shopping in the malls just Infront of the hotel until the time for us to leave Gurugram to go to the Delhi Airport. However very unfortunately, our daughter fell very sick and had to go to hospital for treatment, and as a result we had to change the original plans as she was physically unfit and had to rest until we leave to the airport. We requested for late check out till 3.00 pm and we were even ready to pay extra amount if the hotel could accommodate our request. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and we were permitted for a late check out at 1.00 pm the latest. I really wish the hotel was able to accommodate our humble request (as we were willing to pay any extra amount required), as it was a illness our daughter that caused the change of plans. Anyhow, we are thankful that hotel allowed the late checkout till 1.00 pm.

Avoid if you need a peaceful night in between your flights.

The location is great.

Cons:

We stayed here some years back and had good memories. But this time it was very disappointing. We just wanted one peaceful night between our flights, as my wife was very sick. Every minute of sleep was very precious to us. But firstly we wasted good 15 minutes driving around the hotel, and trying to find the way in, because they refuse to open the main gate after a certain hour. Then checkin was taking forever. When staff was informed that my wife is sick and can they speed up a bit, they just laughed it off. Afterwards, even when we were already in the room, they still kept bothering us for more paperwork. We wasted half hour of sleep just like that. On top of that, the rooms are not sound-proofed at all and other guests kept being super loud in the corridor until 4:30 am - nobody cared to do anything about it. What was supposed to be our peaceful night, was a disaster. Breakfast was disappointing, too. We should have booked another hotel - especially given the fact that there are actual 5 stars hotels in same price range. Definitely not coming again.

Comfortable & Convenient Stay Near Delhi Airport
