The apartment was clean and modern. It had all the basic amenities that you would need to self cater for a short stay. The mezzanine bedroom had a roomy feel to it, the ground floor living area was smaller but cozy. The small patio outside the room was fine for sitting out in the evenings. The location was ideal for getting into the centre (walking or by bike) and there was a very handy small supermarket nearby. Overall a nice place to stay for a short break and would use again. The hotel is in a quiet area so not much noise from outside. It was a stones throw away from the Peace Palace which is a lovely place to walk to and view.
The self service check in process uses an app that gives you the door codes after the appropriate check in time. Great, except that if you dont have a mobile data connection on the day of your arrival you have no way to get in. This happened to me and I phoned the hotel contact number, the automated response patched me through to an emergency contact number where I got an answering machine. I left a message but never got a call back. We managed to gain access after connecting to the neighbouring Pizza restaurant's wifi. If you're going to operate a self service check service then you also need to have an actual person at the end of an emergency contact number to help when things go wrong - not an answering machine.
The lighting in the hallway is a little too low to clearly see the pin pad for entry to the room and you need to have a small torch or light to help with this.
Great stay in a wonderful location! The accommodation is situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, right next to the Peace Palace and the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The location is extremely convenient, with dining options and a supermarket very close by, and a tram stop just a 4-minute walk away. Access to the city center is also very easy, even on foot. The room itself was quite spacious and well-equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge, and a coffee maker, making our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended
A few minor suggestions for an even better stay: It would be very convenient to have a couple of espresso cups available in the room. Also, the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable/supportive
De ligging.
Bij aankomst bleek het servies verre van compleet. Had aangegeven in de boeking om gebruik te willen maken van een gereserveerde parkeerplaats. Hier geen enkele reactie op gehad waardoor ik genoodzaakt was om een erg dure parkeerplaats te nemen voor drie dagen.

er was niet schoongemaakt, vuil beddegoed, vuile handdoeken en er lag afval. In verhouding met hotel met veel service was dit no service appartement duur.

Mooie ruimte, groot, comfortabel bed. Ik was positief verrast na het lezen van andere reviews.
Er was geen koffie of thee. Er was onvoldoende toiletpapier maar dat is op verzoek wel aangevuld.
The kitchen is ok and well equiped. The location is not really central, but there are very good and diverse dining options, a good supermarket at 3 min. walk and divers public transportation.
It's a two-level room so you have to get down thestairs to use the toilet. Very exausting during the night. Also walls are too tin, you can here the neighbours moving around.

Steep stairs up first, and then we had to go down with our suitcases. We had room number 4, which had a patio, but it was shared with other people. The patio doors only opened fully.We couldn't open the door at night. The room was very stuffy; there was air conditioning, but it didn't help. The room stank. In the bathroom, the shower faucet was broken, and the sink faucet was also falling apart. The carpeting throughout the room is very uncomfortable. You can't walk barefoot because it hurts. L'emplacement était bien, pratique comme point de départ pour rayonner dans la ville. Nous avons eu toutes les informations en amont pour pouvoir nous rendre au logement de façon autonome, c'était pratique.
Le manque d'équipement (grille pain, passoire, pas de savon dans la douche). La taille de la pièce de vie, beaucoup trop petite pour 4, la baie vitrée sur le trottoir et les passants, le bruit de la rue, les rideaux qui n'étaient pas assez occultants
