Cons:

My room was a disaster. Several outlets did not work. A lamp was out the telephone didn’t work but was plugged into the wall. Room smells like raw fish, halls also have a terrible odor.

Cons:

We were put in a room that was being remodeled. There was no window shade, so the sun and light came in which made the room hot, the light fixture in the bathroom was not there (a hole with wires sticking out), shower fixtrue/knob came off when we tried to turn on the shower and there was a pair of men's glasses left on the bed. Definitely not worth the money we paid We have stay there several time and this has never happened. I spoke with someone before I left (I'm guessing a manager?) and he took down all my information and complaints and he said he would get back with me, however I haven't heard from anyone yet!

The driveway entrance from the access road is super tight- was worried we were going to get hit from behind! The elevator was super slow!!!

It was a great stay and will return
Pros:

Clean and staff is so sweet. The nights lady was a little overwhelmed when we checked in but she still smiled and greeted us. She was very sweet

Pros:

The Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Location is great for cruisers especially with $10/day parking for cruises too

Cons:

It is in need of some updates. It was a bit dirty, bed wasnt very comfy, the ceiling looked like it was falling apart a bit. The shower pressure was very weak as well.

Decent value and good location
Pros:

Great location right off the highway and only a couple minutes from the beach.

Cons:

The shower head was rigged together and the water pressure in the shower was horrible which made it hard to take a proper shower and wash our hair.
