The worst I ever had staying in a hotel

location was perfect for our plans

Cons:

I had to switch rooms. Toilet did not work. Mini fridge did not work. Maintenance never came or was told. Room keys didn't work. Every time we left we were locked out. final time took 2 hours before a lock smith came and let us in. No accommodations were given or made during this fiasco. To top it off your worker was so distrait with the amount of issues. No one with a key to override the keypad that was out of batteries apparently. She told me to meet her at the elevator and next thing you know I heard a bang and a loud scream with commotions and she fall as she was running into the elevator (I was in the elevator)

Pros:

Unfortunately nothing about this property was what we expected.

Cons:

Cleanliness. We stayed for 3 nights. Not once was our room serviced. I personally had to use my own shopping bags to take our trash, no toilet paper or clean towels was ever provided. The room in itself smelled and was super dirty upon arrival.
