Fantastische accommodatie. Prachtig. Perfecte ligging op een rustig stuk van het eiland. Erg vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt.
La propreté des lieux. Le personnel était toujours occupé à nettoyer. L endroit a une minute de la plage. Mais un peu excentre. La chambre était très belle. Le personnel hyper gentil. Le déjeuner délicieux et copieux.
Les lits grincent quand on bouge. Mais rien de dramatique. Les moustiques car l hôtel est situé près de la mangrove.
Patricia y Gustavo nos trataron como si estuviéramos en casa. Son muy atentos y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo necesario. El hotel es una maravilla rodeado de plena naturaleza. Muchas gracias por todo, un placer!!!
Het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Toen we ergens hulp bij vroegen, werd er meteen actie ondernomen. Dit hotel als heel prettig ervaren.
De locatie was wat verder weg, maar een wandeling over het strand terug na het eten was ook wel weer fijn.

La posizione è molto tranquilla, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro
Alcuni servizi convenzionati, come i massaggi o la lezione di yoga, sono troppo cari
Tout est charmant, aussi bien le lieu que le personnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et les lits sont très confortables. Sans oublier le délicieux petit déjeuner avec fruits et jus frais. Un véritable havre de paix !
Menudo sitio tan genial... no tengo más que buenísimas palabras. Tenían hasta una planta arriba para hacer yoga!!
Bonito, limpio, relajante, las vistas... se nos cortó la respiración de lo bonito que se veía la playa desde la habitación
Y Gustavo, se nota todo el cariño que le pone a este lugar. Nos hizo sentir más que en casa
Por otro lado Patricia, súper buena desde el minuto uno. Ayudando con todo y con una gran sonrisa

La struttura era posizionata a due passi dalla spiaggia, un pò defilata dal centro e per noi è stato l'ideale perchè abbiamo vissuto l'isola in modo rilassante ed unico.
Lo staff sempre cordiale e sorridente fin dal primo mattino.
La stanza ampia, pulita e con tutti i comfort, avevamo anche una vasca che è stata piacevole in un pomeriggio di pioggia.
Le asciugamani per il mare, inoltre, sono state ben gradite.
Non vengono garantiti lettini in spiaggia a differenza di altre strutture.

Some of the costs for extra services seemed a bit expensive.
It was a very beautiful, comfortable, well maintained boutique hotel in a fantastic location with spectacular views. It was along the beach in a quiet location opposite the sandbank. The description of the property and pictures were an accurate reflection.
The room was delightful, with a shower, bath, fridge and coffee making facilities. The balcony was spacious with views to the sea and over the pool.
It was a short stroll to bars and restaurants.
Excellent breakfast.
Nothing. A great deal of thought had gone into making this a very special place.
Le calme et chambre spacieuse
Éloigné du centre. Peu de restaurations à côté le soir. Il faut aller un centre 20 min à pied pas d éclairage.
Petite divergence sur la soi disant perte d un cadenas de vélo qu il a fallu payer....
Petit hôtel de moins de 10 chambres. Même si la déco est un peu passée d’âge, les chambres sont très sympas et bien aménagées. Confortable, accueil et service au top. Et localisation idéale, au début de la Punta Mosquito
Accessoires et déco vieillissants. Mais sinon, rien de négatif

Todo fue increíble. El trato del personal inmejorable, son super amables, buenas personas, te ayudan en todo lo que pides siempre con una sonrisa… todo genial. Desayuno top, contundente, café, zumo, un plato de fruta enorme, yogurt con granola, tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada, un plato de huevos a escoger. El entorno un 10, super tranquilo y a la vez lleno de vida natural con muchos animales. Estas en primera linea de playa y justo entre medias del centro de Holbox y punta mosquito, puedes llegar a ambos sitios caminando por la playa en un paseo. Ofrecen masajes y clases de yoga. La habitación muy bonita también. En definitiva, un 10.
Todo increíble.
El personal del hotel trabaja excelente y tiene una predisposición increíble para ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno, aunque se repite todos los días, es muy abundante, rico y saludable. El entorno del hotel es hermoso y muy agradable, y se nota el mantenimiento constante ya que limpiaban la piscina continuamente. Además, la ubicación es genial para ir caminando a Punta Mosquito y la playa que está justo enfrente del hotel es estupenda.
La habitación no está bien sellada, por lo que entran insectos manteniendo puertas y ventanas completamente cerradas. Vimos algunas hormigas e incluso nos entró una avispa en dos ocasiones con todo totalmente cerrado. Además, una madrugada tras una tormenta, la zona del baño se nos llenó de termitas aladas (alados). Entendemos que en un destino tropical puede entrar algún bicho al ventilar, pero en nuestro caso entraban con todo cerrado. Paralelamente, cuando el personal entraba a limpiar solían abrir las ventanas dejando puesta la mosquitera, pero al menos en nuestra habitación estaban rotas o no cubrían toda la ventana, por lo que perdían por completo su utilidad y dejaban vía libre a los insectos.
La amabilidad de las personas y la tranquilidad del lugar.
