Zimmerreinigung hat noch Luft nach oben. Seife wurde nicht nachgefüllt, Handtücher lieblos hingelegt.

Hôtel idéal pour se ressourcer quelques jours avant de reprendre le rythme des visites.
Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité du personnel et la chaleur de l’accueil. L’établissement est confortable et la chambre est spacieuse, conformable et bénéficiait d'un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner, très complet et varié, répond à tous les goûts et se déguste avec vue sur la plage.

Cons:

L’établissement, bien que spacieux, ne dispose que de deux ascenseurs, ce qui peut entraîner un temps d’attente aux heures de forte affluence. Sa localisation légèrement excentrée offre un environnement très calme, mais limite le choix de restaurants accessibles à pied. Nous avons toutefois trouvé un établissement où nous avons pu déguster d’excellents fruits de mer, ce qui a agréablement compensé cette contrainte.

Our second stay here .Excellent breakfast .Staff very welcoming, kind and helpful.Special thanks to Uyen Uyen the amazing receptionist attentive to our every needs.We even got thank-you dessert and card for our second reservation. The room was nice enough, and the view was absolutely lovely.

Cons:

It's a nice hotel, but not an exceptional one. There are details that need to be improved. As a person with food allergies, the breakfast was a nightmare. I asked the staff to let me know what dishes were gluten free, and the lady googled the dishes on the internet to see if they were typically prepared with gluten. If you have any food allergies, you know that dishes can be prepared multiple ways, so they only way to know if a food is safe is to ask the chef of that actual dish, and even then it's not a guarantee! Also, the cross contamination was crazy. The only thing I could eat with certainty was the fruit, baked sweet potatoes, and bacon, but unfortunately there were scrambled eggs all over the bacon because of mixing tongs. They were kind to eventually prepare me some fresh bacon, but still not a great experience. They didn't even have any non-dairy milk options. Every other breakfast buffet in Vietnam had soy milk.

Not big things, but added up to a less stellar view of the place:
1. our key just stopped working an hour before we checked out and it took more than 2 tries for them to fix it. It was annoying because they insisted we checkout out promptly at noon, but this obviously slowed us down.
2. The breakfast buffet was from 6:30-10:00. At 10:00 sharp a flurry of staff appeared to clean up the buffet, and it was all cleared by 10:10, even though the dining room was still nearly full. It was a little trashy.
3. When we woke up at 9:00 the morning we were leaving, the TV had already changed to the name of the next guest, so it said "Welcome ____________" with a name that wasn't ours. Again, not a problem, but just not welcoming and lowered the overall impression of the place. They just don't prioritize guest comfort as coming first.
4. You had to bend all the way down to your knees to dry your hand son the hand towel - really weird location to hang the towels.

Pros:

Loved this place a quick grab ride to the my khe beach. The view is amazing and the staff were so lonely and attentive. Really great breakfast options views were 10/10. Would come back and stay here again

Das Hotel ist nicht im lauten Stadtzentrum aber nur 5 min mit dem Taxi entfernt. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Beach

Liegestühle waren etwas knapp. Der schöne Hängesessel am Pool ist nur optisch schön. Unmöglich darin zu sitzen.

We had a group of 6 (2 parents 4 kids) put us in joining rooms
Plenty of space. Great pool for the little ones. Great views. Q shop next door if needed anything extra. Couldn't ask for more really.

Spacious and clean room
Pros:

Hotel room is exceptional, room is spacious and clean lovely staff. Hotel breakfast is nice.

Cons:

Right at the end they asked for a review while we were checking out, wanted us to complete straight away. Felt abit forced. Reception staff were not as friendly as other places we had stayed in Vietnam who went above and beyond for us. Very minor issues.
