Pros:

The room was clean, nice, and the furniture was new with a nice design. The location was very good, 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel until the seafront restaurants in Chania. Also you have the posibility to park the car nearby for a small fee.

Cons:

The room was a little small for 2 people with big luggage, still was not such a big problem if you are organized :) and especially for the advantages mentioned above.

Exceptional location and rooms, perfect for our family of 4 adults.

Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est parfait. Facile d'accès en voiture, la vieille ville est à 10 minutes à pieds. Parking avec voiturier en face de l'hôtel !

La struttura era pulita, la colazione buona, lo staff gentile

Cons:

La camera da 4 era piccola per 4 persone. Un solo armadio piccolino non adatto per tutti. Camera poco spaziosa. Dalle foto sembrava più spaziosa

We stayed for 10 days in hotel M City for our first time in chania/ Kreta it was absolutely 💯 and amazing experience! The hotel amenities are great 👍, the room was very big and fully equipped with absolutely all what you need for having amazing holiday.The breakfast is realy super delicious and fine and a lot of variety, the staff is also super and doing their very well for you to have a perfect holiday, the amiable on the reception ( Joanna,Catherine super friendly 😀 we love it so much and sure looking forward to be here again. 飯店人員非常友善與熱心，地點離老城區很近，因為對面就是一個停車場，有跟飯店配合，一定要事先跟停車人員說明是住在M CITY HOTEL這樣只需要10歐！很推薦這家飯店

Excellent accessible stay.
Pros:

Excellent small boutique hotel with disabled access. Very filling and varied breakfast. Wonderful kind and helpful staff. The good sized room had a balcony and was well equipped.

Cons:

The grey stairs very near the lift should have a warning line marking them out for extra care.
