Pros:

Das Frühstück war nicht so toll, die Ecke für das Buffet war viel zu klein

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte zeitweise gelangweilt. Allerdings war das reinigungspersonal trotz sprachbarriere sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Moderne, saubere Ausstattung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war so mittelmäßig.
Die Brötchen das Brot nicht lecker.
Joghurt hatte einen seltsamen Geschmack.
Vielleicht weniger anbieten, dafür die anderen Speisen etwas hochwertiger.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer top. Kühlschrank wäre noch nett gewesen. Frühstück sehr gut-von allem etwas!

Cons:

Man sollte über eine Erweiterung des Frühstücksbuffets nachdenken. Das Schlange stehen morgens zum Frühstück ist nicht akzeptabel. Da sollte man unbedingt über eine Lösung nachdenken.

Ho telefonato tante volte per avvisare che ritardiamo oltre le 15, ma dalla reception non ci hanno mai risposto. La sera, dopo aver fatto la doccia, prendendo l'asciugamano che si trovava sotto il lavandino, me ne sono accorto che era inzuppato come anche tutti gli altri. Cercando di capire come mai, ho visto che il lavandino perdeva tutta l'acqua perché il tubo sotto, non era fissato bene. La reception tanto per cambiare, non ha risposto a telefono e mio figlio è andato di persona a porre il problema. La risposta ricevuta è stata...vediamo domani... ma se l'indomani saremmo andati via🤔? Non è comunque venuto nessuno a vedere cosa è successo. Mi sarei aspettato un cambio stanza o almeno cercare di vedere se si poteva fare una riparazione di fortuna. Mi sono persino preoccupato e ho messo gli asciugamani sotto il tubo purché la poca acqua che abbiamo usato non rovinasse il piano di legno sotto il lavandino. Al check out, lo staff del turno del mattina non era né anche stato informato di questo disaggio. Non è piacevole non potersi lavare ...o forse avremmo dovuto fregarcene e far allagare il bagno....Brutta esperienza, non lo consiglierei di sicuro.
