מלון יפה מאוד מבחוץ וגם בפנים אבל פסיליטי של המלון לא מפנק לדעתי

מיקום מצויין , לובי מפואר , ארוחת בוקר מעולה, נקי מאוד.

Cons:

מקלחת ושירותים בתוך החדר , שירותים ומקלחת מאוד קטנים ובנפרד וכיור ממש בחדר , משהו מוזר ביותר, דלת של המרפסת מלחמה לפתוח ולסגור . שרותי קבלה ניתן שרות של בוט, עד שמגיעים לנציג בקבלה צריך להתווכח עם בוט אחר כך עם נציגה של הרשת ולאחר מכן לקבלה. חלק מהשרות הוא שרות לאורח שצריך להיות נגיש. בריכה פינתית וקטנה מאוד, מאוד חם לשבת בבריכה , דבר נוסף יש למלון לופט עם נוף מדהים אך הוא לא פעיל באמצע השבוע רק חבל שבקבלה ממליצים לשבת שם. זאת אומרת שחוץ מהלובי אין כל כך ממה להנות במלון.
לצערי התאכזבנו.

צוות המלון מושלם שירות מעל המצופה סבלנים עוזרים בחיוך תמיד ממש כל הצוות מהראשון ועד האחרון במיוחד יוהנתן ועטיה היו מעל כולם ממליץ בחום מלון מושלם יישר כח כולם בשירות צריכים ללמוד מה זה שירות אמיתי אהבנו מאוד❤️‍🩹❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏💞💖💝💝💝

מלון מצויין אבל לא בשביל בטן גב בבריכה

השירות מצויין!!!!
הרבה זמן לא קיבלנו שירות כזה טוב בישראל.
האוכל בחדר אוכל היה פנומנלי!!!!!!!!!! (בעלי טבעוני והיה מגוון עצום לאכול עבורו אז שאפו) והיה טעים.
והכל נקי נקי! החדרים נקיים, הלובי נקי, השירותים נקיים והחדר אוכל היה מצוחצח!

הבריכה. לא פחות מאכזבת.
גם זה שאין נוף ויש קיר שחור ענק שמסתיר הכל.
הכיסאות המזעזעים שאי אפשר לעבור, השימשונית הענקית שלא איפדה להשתזף בשום מקום כי היה צל על הכל והאמת שגם שרצינו לשכב בבריכה בצל לנוח לא היה כלום לקנות לנשנש. לא שייק קר, לא פירות, לא אוכל. רק ארטיקים ובירה/יין ואני בהריון אז שום דבר לא היה רלוונטי לי. חבל שזאת הבריכה שלכם. למלון הזה לא נחזור כי הבריכה פשוט לא כיפית. רצינו בטן גב וקיבלנו אכזבה ענקית.
