Pros:

Atendimento, localização, conforto no quarto, todos os detalhes muito bem pensados. Pantufa e roupão e outros mimos. Atenção e cuidado de todo o staff.Sempre solícitos e prontos pra nos orientar con simpatia.

Прекрасный отель находиться рядом с оживленной улицей, но при этом в отеле тихо и комфортно. Отличные удобные и просторные номера, в номере есть абсолютно все. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный, особенно Лаура. Спасибо за теплый прием, обязательно вернемся снова.

Pros:

I found a mosquito in my tea at breakfast and the manager of the hotel come laughing saying " oh you found mosquito! Is it dead?" Which is absolutely unacceptable response and behavior! And all the stuff at breakfast had horrible behavior
