Best Hotel in Rome

Without question, best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even before arrival, Sofia was incredible (and patient) with helping to reschedule tour plans due to unforeseen holiday closures. Upon our arrival, Yasmin provided a beautiful, calm, and impressive check-in experience for us after a 19 hour travel day. From day 1 of our stay, Marios, Michaela, Alex—and all of the staff ensured an unparalleled stay. I can’t say enough. Looking forward to staying at Umilta 36 in the future and will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Pros:

I really liked the breakfast, and the location is amazing. It was very convenient for getting around and exploring the area.

Cons:

The room was quite small. I also found it a little inconvenient that the rooms use physical keys instead of key cards, as key cards would be much easier and more practical.

Cons:

Smart system is not fully functional, isolation is below average, curtains are not properly fitted to avoid sun exposure during our sleeping, although I liked the apartment but the bathroom is too tiny

A truly memorable stay for all the right reasons!
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything. The Umilta 36 is a small beautifully designed and presented boutique hotel. Situated in close proximity to Rome’s stunning Trevi Fountain and central to the vibrant city life and cultural heritage sites.

The hotel staff are without doubt the most helpful and polite staff we have encountered to date. A wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.
