Merci au staff, toujours souriant, toujours la pour aider. Je les adore. Mention special pour Ice et Ron😉L’hotel est incroyable, comme a chaque fois que je viens ici. Votre boss peut etre fier de l’equipe qu’il a la chance d’avoir et qui gère avec merveille les demandes et les requêtes des clients parfois exigeants.
Les chambres sont incroyables.

Great stay that we wish could be longer.
Pros:

Lots of attention to detail. Lovely breakfast. Free shuttle to the beach. Lovely, helpful staff. Great rooftop pool. Quiet location but walkable to main road.

A brilliant property to stay at. The staff were amazing, the room comfortable and clean, the facilities- breakfast, pool bar, pool, deck chairs all great. Worth every penny to stay here.

Absolutely amazing stay will come again 100%
Pros:

We’ve been travelling for 3 months around the world and this has been our favourite hotel so far. First off the rooms are massive and the bed is big and comfy too. The staff are so lovely and breakfast was great. A highlight for us was the pool and swim up bar, they have great deals, the cocktails are fab and it was always very calm and peaceful.

Hotel, book if you have kids or love chicken. Don't order an omelette!
Pros:

Rooms were large with comfortable beds.
Strong WiFi
Balcony had views of both the pool and mountains.
Pools were clean and had plenty of seating.
Hotel is set up a country road, so quiet at night.
Hotel shuttle several times a day to Ao Nang beach. Friendly drivers.

OK, the food!
Breakfast is catered towards the Muslim customer.
Chicken curry's, chicken sausage, chicken ham. Chicken chicken every day!
Extremely rude female Chef, I asked her if she could make an omelette for me, rolled her eyes and nearly threw it at me.
Food quality isn't great, hard half cooked potatoes in a masaman curry.
Broken equipment in fitness rooms, toilets on 2nd floor locked. So you had to return to lobby, walk through the dining room to get to toilet if using the gym.
Hotel room door broken, wouldn't close. Maintenance man just shoved the broken piece of wood back in! Kept sticking all of my stay.
Accommodation staff not replacing items in rooms, no tea bags, cotton buds etc.
Finally, roof top pool, very young kids without swimwear using it. Not nice, could be an accident. Eurgh!
