Piscina pequeña y extremadamente caliente.
A las 18h te hacen salir porque alquilan el espacio para eventos.
Apartamentos con un mantenimiento justo. Nuestra ducha no funcionaba. Vinieron dos de mantenimiento y no consiguieron hacerla funcionar.
Grifos de baño sin agua fría.
Nuestro apartamento de la segunda planta no se podía dormir debido al ruido musical de un bar/ discoteca.
Carta de vinos/ espumosos extremadamente escasa y mala.

דירה מודרנית ונקייה, מיקום מושלם, קרוב לכל מקום ברגל, אבל בתוך החדר שקט והרחוב הסואן שבחוץ כלל לא הורגש. צוות שירותי ונעים במיוחד.

אחת המקלחות לא היתה נוחה במיוחד, מאוד צפופה והברז בעייתי, כמובן שאפשר היה להסתדר ולא ימנע ממני להמליץ על המקום ולשהות בו בפעם הבאה כשאגיע למדריד.

Locatia a fost buna, aproape de centru si de toate atractiile. Camera bine dotata, cu ce ai nevoie, avea si masina de spalat si uscator. Camera curata si bine intretinuta.

Personalul desi era amabil era f strict, efectiv nu se abatea de la nimic, nici un checkin mai devreme sau un checkout mai tarziu. Abia am reusit sa facem checout cu o ora mai tarziu, si parca zici ca ne-a dat o zi in plus. Cel mai deamagitor a fost ca noi am stiut ca avem mic dejun inclus, pt ca scria la servicii: Piscina, mic dejun ..... Suprinderea a fost ca piscina era gratuit dar micul dejun pt 3 zile si 2 adulti 2 copii, ne-a costa alti 200 euro la final ( cred ca era nosrmal daca nu era inclus si am inteles noi gresit cum zic ei, sa ne fi anuntat cand ne duceam la mic dejun, dar nu, ziceam camera si intram ca si cum era inclus. Pt 400 euro pe noapte ne asteptam la mic dejun inclus, ceea ce scria, dar lipsea exact cuvantul "inclus", scria doar mic dejun la camera :)

Oda hiç rahat değil. Çok küçük. Özellikle banyoda zor hareket ediyorsunuz. 7 ve 12 yaşında 2 çocuğum ile konakladım önceden belirtmeme ve bunun için ayrı ücret ödememe rağmen odada 1 tane çift kişilik yatak ve 1 tane yatak olabilen koltuk vardı. Yatak kurulmamıştı siz açarsınız yatak oluyor denildi sadece böyle rezil bi karşılama çocuklu bir aile olarak ilk defa görüyorum. Bahsettikleri yatakta incecik bir sünger var alttaki demirleri çocuklara bile battı rahatsız oldukları için uyuyamadılar. Bu kadar yüksek ücretli bir oteli rahat edelim diye seçmiştik oysaki
