Pros:

La ubicación en La Gran Vía, fabuloso!. Todo el personal súper atento y amables. El departamento es muy lindo, tal cómo se ve en las fotos. Volvería sin dudas!

Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas descendu jusqu au bout, certes cela est chouette pour qq enfant présent mais pour les adultes cela était une pataugeoire. Cela restait quand même agréable d’avoir celle-ci lors de 35 degré

Smart rental is located in the gran via, an excellent location, and the apartment was spacious enough for my family of 5

Localização, atendimento, estrutura, piscina, café da manhã...

Cons:

Reservaram um táxi para nossa saída, o que foi ótimo. Mas o motorista foi muito ruim, o que não é culpa do hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of Madrid
Pros:

Very friendly staff, from reception to the bar to housekeeping. Pool was nice (though more of a splash pool than swimming), terrace in a small suite was great to have, very clean, reception were all very helpful and location smack in the middle of all of the action of Madrid. Great spot - we hope to be back.

Cons:

We had a small suite and for four people, it was a little snug and sofa bed uncomfortable. The extra space on the terrace more than made up for the space issues but if the weather was poor, may have been a problem.

Mimo niewyspania z powodu wymienionych powyżej niedogodności uważam za udany
Pros:

Lokalizacja to podstawowy atut obiektu oraz uprzejmy, pomocny personel. Możliwość zjedzenia śniadania.

Cons:

No cóż , dla 2 osób jest ok, ale dla 3 spanie na rozkładanej sofie to tragedia . Do minusów zaliczyłbym nieciekawy zapach z lodówki, dodatkowo wyłączała się z łomotem. ( sugeruje poprawienie ustawienia kompresora , niestety lodówka w zabudowie)

Beautiful hotel, great location.

Cons:

For a 4 Star hotel it has very poor breakfast options. Also an extra charge for a avocado etc. is ridiculous. In our bathroom a lot of things where very lose such as the toiletrol holder, the towel holder and the doors of the shower where also not in their rail. On the roof terrace when not at the pool they also serve your drinks in plastic cups.
