The hotel staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Ms. Rabia presented us with many options for sightseeing in Istanbul and suggested good deals. Everything went great. Mr. Selman organized activities in Cappadocia for us. We felt great in their company throughout our stay and were satisfied with the services. The breakfast was very tasty. We were especially pleased that the hotel has a garage where our motorbike was safe.

Excellent location, outstanding service, and a comfortable stay—highly recommended!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations and transportation. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, and public transportation. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely return.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well maintained, and the service was excellent. If I had to mention something, it would be that the hallways doesn’t have air conditioning it was a bit hot.

O hotel é ótimo, muito confortável e limpeza impecável. A localização é excelente, muito próxima a todos os pontos turísticos. Os funcionários são muitos solícitos, nos ajudaram em muitas informações e nos fizeram nos sentir em casa. Nos concederem check out late sem cobranças adicionais. Café da manhã completo e delicioso.
