Very helpful when asked to switch rooms. Immediately handled.

Cons:

First room we got (3012) is very noisy. Please stay away from this. When adjacent room taking a shower, lot of noise from water flowing.

Pros:

Very good location and a nice breakfast. The room was perfectly clean, and they let us check in early, which we really appreciated after our early morning flight. The waitress at breakfast was super kind, just like the housekeeper!

Cons:

Overall, everything was good. The mattress was a bit too soft for me, and the single beds were quite narrow, which might be uncomfortable for taller or bigger people.

Excellent hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They offered us drinks upon arrival and gave us many good recommendations. It was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location - just a short walk to all the main sights. We had to leave the hotel very early to catch our flight and they offered to a to-go breakfast.

Die Lage des Hotels ist außerordentlich gut.Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat uns besonders gut gefallen, die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist in bestem Zustand, vor allem auch das sehr schöne Badezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kümmerte sich um alles, was wir erfragten. Sie machten auch Reservierungen. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Eine herrliche Dachterrasse mit Bar, wo man einen schönen Blick auf den Bosporus hat. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Das Bad war toll. Großzügiges türkisch internationales Frühstück. Auch hier sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist besonders gut, da man zu Fuß alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Auch zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 1, mit der man auf die nördliche Seite über die Galata Brücke fahren kann,ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir können dieses Hotel äußerst empfehlen!

Good value hotel in excellent location for visiting the old city.
Pros:

Sound proofing in the room was very good in a noisy street.
The breakfast selection was great with friendly staff.

Cons:

Attention to detail from reception was a small problem. The time for our airport return was not recorded correctly. They provided taxi at short notice in place of the airport transfer vehicle so there was not too much delay.

Very nice hotel, clean, nice and helpful staff, spacious room, great location.

Cons:

The breakfast could easily be perfect, by renewing the cappuccino and espresso machine, and add some nuts.

Bardzo fajny hotel w sasmym centrum. Czysto i świetny personel.
