The location is amazing, close to so many attractions. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the shower water pressure is good. Check in and check out were a breeze.
The room is very small. I’m aware that we booked the smallest room available (Cosy) and we’ve stayed in small hotel rooms in London and other countries before. However I think the layout wasn’t very well-thought out to maximise the tiny space. My husband and I only had carryon backpacks and we struggled to find space anywhere. There were limited towel hooks or shelving. The shower isn’t sealed at the bottom so water escapes and floods the toilet and the room very quickly. Our shower’s light bulb also didn’t work the whole time we were there (3 nights). I had initially selected the Green Cleaning option (so skipping room cleaning) but I had then asked reception on the 2nd day if we could get our room cleaned. The lady said yes sure, but we came back to an uncleaned room.

Frokosten var helt ok - ikke noe mer
Resepsjonistene var helt fantastisk - spesielt Edward. Hadde en utfordring med transport fra eventplass til flyplassen og kan ordnet taxi med hotellets spesialpris for meg . Uansett når jeg spurte om noe var de alltid hjelpsomme.
Rommet var fint , men lite ( som beskrevet) jeg hadde oppgradert til neeste størrelse ved neste opphold om du skal bo mer enn en natt . Frokost er helt ok.Rooftop bar er superkul - den bør besøkes når du bor her.

Der Online-Check-in mit digitaler Zimmerkarte ist eine super Sache – gerade bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt verliert man keine Zeit mit dem Check-in vor Ort und kann direkt aufs Zimmer.
Die Lage ist wirklich erstklassig: Theater, Chinatown, unzählige Restaurants und Pubs sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Trotzdem war es nachts angenehm ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient die Dusche: Endlich einmal ein Hotel mit richtig gutem Wasserdruck – gefühlt das erste seit Jahren! 😊 Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten Toilettenartikel waren für uns ein klares Plus.
Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und modern eingerichtet und das Personal war durchgehend ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Absolutes Highlight ist die Rooftop-Terrasse mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über London – perfekt, um den Tag bei einem Drink ausklingen zu lassen.
Für uns hat hier wirklich alles gepasst. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
