The location is superb for theatres and Covent Garden. The roof terrace bar is a great space.
There was nowhere to plug in the kettle, had to use my bedside socket. Surely it’s expected that you can plug in a kettle close to the tea/coffee etc.

Perfect location for our trip. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable, but air conditioning too cold.
A proper reception desk - a real human being gives a much better more personal experience, as if the guest was really valued as a person rather than a money making entity.
Rooms very comfortable and clean reception staff were lovely and very helpful
We had booked a table on the roof top bar unfortunately we were running late so reception told us to go up - when we arrived the receptionist just said your table is cancelled- we asked if it was possible to find us one as we were guests in the hotel , she found us a table under the speaker which was deafening so we left - she was very rude and made it clear we were perhaps not what she wanted in the bar.
The hotel was not a cheap option it was to celebrate my birthday and recovery from an operation this left a very sour taste

Excellent location within an easy walk of the Royal Opera House. Lovely rooftop bar with great views. Attentive staff. Easy check-in and out with modern computers (great when they worked)
The walls in the room were all dark grey which made it feel cramped and gloomy. The corridors were also dark colours.
