Far too expensive for what it delivers. Great location but falls down in other areas.
Pros:

The property is in a great location and has a vibrant design and atmosphere. The staff in the main part were friendly and efficient. We had several issues on arrival but they were effectively deal with (we got upgraded to be bigger room which was then satisfactory for our needs and reflective of the steep pricing).

Cons:

We booked a Double room (not Cosy room) which was still very small. Ok for a couple of nights but not a week. There was no wardrobe or drawers and no where to put two suitcases. Our bedding and towels were stained/marked and I had $100 taken from my account when it should have been just pending. This hotel is extremely expensive for what it offers. I’ve stayed at cheaper 5 star hotel that were faultless. The food in the rooftop restaurant was very poor and again just not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s overpriced and under delivered by a long chalk.

Stylisches Hotel in Galway
Pros:

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen weiter vom Zentrum weg, was aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat, jedoch als kleiner Minuspunkt zu erwähnen ist.

Ideal location for your stay in Galway!
Pros:

Such a cool hotel! The room decor is perfect, giving it a nice retro vibe. We were there during a heatwave and the AC held up great! The staff was very friendly. There’s a restaurant, gym and pool. Perfect place to stay in Galway as it’s a walkable distance from the train station, pubs, stores and more!

Cons:

No complaints! Loved it!

Guys, it's just a hotel, don't take yourselves so seriously!
Pros:

the location was fine. we didn't have the breakfast. It was good for a hotel booked on short notice.

Cons:

the amount of communication! I got several whatsapp messages and emails before i arrived. I supposedly checked in before I arrived but then checking in took just as long. the minibar menu was a printed qr code, couldn't you just have printed the menu? it's supposed to be dial 9 to get an outside line but you press 9 and then press the zero for the phone number and it goes to reception?

Great location and nice decor, great ancillary facilities, but lacking in clothes storage provision.
Pros:

Great location, nice decor, great having the sauna, gym & pool facility, impressive rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Virtually no storage in our room, so nowhere to properly hang or store clothes, small desk, paper cups instead of crockery. Early lorry deliveries to hotel at front very noisy.
