Comfortable and luxurious stay in Galway
Pros:

The large rooms on the ground floor facing the back had privacy, space and great ceiling height! Loved the gym, jacuzzi steam and sauna rooms as well as the rooftop restaurant.

Cons:

Didn’t have alternative footwear for the treadmill so couldn’t use it. More variety of tea in rooms apart from the breakfast tea would have been nice

Cons:

There are no wardrobes or closets for storing clothes, and no safe in the room. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, and we were not informed about this in advance

Brilliant!
Pros:

From the aromatherapy when you first walk in from the bergamot candies, to the fantastic staff, to the fantastic pool, lovely room and added treat of being offered a balcony room (one of only two), it was luxurious mini vacation in my favorite city.

Pros:

Location was great. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away that the streets weren’t loud outside the hotel

Cons:

I think it was priced a little high. Albeit we didn’t use all the facilities that it offers. Mainly because they close at 8pm and everyday we did an excursion and got back around 8

Fab funky decor & brilliant central location
Pros:

Loved the funky decor, bar downstairs, the superb gym area & the pool, which, though small, is absolutely fab & unique. Space was tight in our bedroom but we knew beforehand it would be small as it was the cheapest. Location is also brill, just 4 mins walk from Eyre Square, shops & pubs.

Cons:

We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant & the food was shockingly bad. An overcooked & tasteless pasta ragu was especially awful. I’ve eaten in The Dean in Dublin & food was always good. I’ve rarely given a restaurant a bad review but, honestly, this was so bad that I feel it necessary to warn others. For the prices charged it was unforgivably bad.

The room was TINY, no where to put your clothes and very over priced for the size and amenities.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Proximité avec le centre, hôtel classe et joliment décoré. Personnel sympathique, très bonne literie.
