The room/studio is very good , has anything a guest need. Spacious and comfortable
The customer service is not good, it takes them time to reply and basic issues like code not working aren't treated appropriately and on time, I had an issue with the code not working and I got stuck outside the hotel for two hours until they fixed it.

It wasn’t clean and ready for 6 people.
The property was centrally located. No private Parking but there is a garage on the next street over. THE VIEW from the 7th floor was amazing.
No space in the bathroom for hanging or placing items. Just 2 hooks next to the wall, awkwardly placed around the corner.
The hotel is close to stores like Trader Joe's and other eating locations. Security wise, there was nothing to fear. You get your code for the main door and room...good.
The sanitation was horrible. The floors were dusty and worst of all, the duvet wasn't changed. My kids had to sleep with no cover because the blanket had stains like people had sex and it wasn't washed. They just took off the outer sheets...horrible. We opened up the sleeper couch and it was worse. Dirty, stained sheets with food crumbs everywhere. No bedsheets change throughout the stay. With how it is managed, it's good for visitors to have extra sheets for replacements throughout their stay.
It was never mentioned that this is not hotel but no-staff present residential building and made me unsafe to go to at night. I’ve only stayed one night yet saw several people stuck at entrance with luggage.

Čisté a dobre dostupné do centra NY. Na začiatku nám chýbali obliečky pre jedného člena ale všetko sa dalo dohodnúť a ráno boli pripravené.
Trochu bolo počuť hluk a nadzemné metro ktoré jazdí do noci a skoro ráno. Môže to byť pre citlivejších problém. V tom čase keď sme tam boli mi tak druhý deň vypadlo wifi tak sme boli odkázaný len na mobilné dáta…

Great location and had a kitchen which was a plus. Highly recommend.
The room was a good size with good facilities , very comfortable bed and nice bathroom . In a good location - convenient for tube and accessing Manhattan .
Sadly the WiFi was non-existent which caused me great frustration. Surely, with people being able to work remotely this is an essential requirement ?
I reported this issue immediately upon accessing my room and during my 6 days stay , communication provided very difficult- other than cleaning staff (who did not speak English ) there were absolutely no staff available at the property .
I managed to speak to one person on the first day on the number they provided, but she was clearly uninterested and no remedy action was taken as promised .
The TV did not work ever (I think this was because it was linked to the WiFi) and the fridge had a layer of water on the top shelf which dripped down so I could not use effectively.
I was finally able to liaise with the hotel provider via my booking app but because I had scare access to WiFi - mainly in tube stations and cafes - their response communication was not timely . Basically all they did was apologise and say how frustrating it must be . Yes it was …. I found their response most unsatisfactory. Having no WiFi did impact negatively on my holiday without question.
Other people I meet in the lifts and lobby also said they had very limited access to WiFi .
Finally - on the reviews publish I saw no mention of the noise from the train station close by - which on the side I stayed was horrendous .
