Pros:

Hotel com excelente localização , 5 minutos do aeroporto a pé , se gostarem de aviões recomendo o 5 piso ( possui vista para a pista ) pequeno almoço variado , boa qualidade de comida , o minibar é repleto , casas de banho limpas e cómodas , possui também de um espaço para os mais pequenos brincarem , além de possuir também um espaço para os adolescentes/adultos poderem divertir-se , nesse espaço existe uma nintendo switch , matraquilhos e mesa de ping-pong , funcionários atencisosos, educados , hotel perfeito para quem têm um vôo de madrugada .

1. I completed online check-in prior to arrival, but I was unable to collect my room key at the hotel lobby.

2. The queue at reception was extremely long. Furthermore, I booked a twin room but was allocated a king room, and no room change was available.

3. There were cookie crumbs left on the table in the room; the cleaning was inadequate.

4. An unexplained minibar charge appeared on my bill after check-out. I did not consume any items from the minibar at all, and I have not received any reply after sending feedback via email.

Longue file d’attente pour le Check in fait avec beaucoup de lenteur
