We won’t be booking any Raddison again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The rest was a disaster. On arrival there was only one person at reception dealing with a busload of people that looked like a tour group, so we went to the self check-in screen, which also took a long time collecting way more data from us as needed by any other accommodation we have stayed at. Then trying to get keys activated electronically with little to no instructions also took too long with no staff available to ask for help. Then we tried to find our hotel room but the numbering and signage was inadequate- there were other guests also confused in the hallway and again no staff to ask for directions. When we finally found our room, as soon as you opened the door there was a bad sewage smell that wafted out into the hallway. It was unbearable. I called reception who organised another room for us, which had a broken coffee machine. The sewage smell was still in the hallways later in the evening and in the morning. We were happy to leave first thing the next morning and won’t be returning. Lack of staff and care factor was the nail in the coffin.
