Pros:

La ubicacion muy buena y nos hicieron upgrade habitacion. Siempre reponen el agua y tambien es gratuita. A considerar que el parking del puerto que es el que esta mas cerca y es gratuito, solo se puede aparcar si no hay un crucero atracado. A partir de las 19pm se puede aparcar.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right in the center of all of the restaurants and shopping activity. The staff is wonderful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The bars can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night but that’s the trade off for being in the center of everything.

Дуже гарний просторий номер, ліжка зручні, все оформлено стильно і зручно, гарно підібрані кольори, окремо хочу відзначити красиві оливкові стільці. Вигляд з балкону неперевершений 🔆
Сніданок кожного ранку був різноманітним і смачним. Персонал привітний ❤️.
Готель у самому центрі міста, поруч кілька гарних пляжів.

Cons:

Кілька днів була досить голосна музика з бару поруч до 3 ночі, але це не вина готелю.

Pros:

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в Casa Porto Boutique Hotel. Расположение просто отличное. Всё находится в шаговой доступности: бары, рестораны, традиционные таверны, магазины брендовой одежды и украшений, сувенирные лавки, супермаркеты и магазины с пляжными принадлежностями. Рядом также находятся три разных пляжа. Прямо возле отеля расположен порт, откуда отправляются красивые морские круизы и экскурсии, что делает это место ещё более привлекательным.
Сам отель очень чистый, уютный и красиво оформлен. Видно, что он новый и за ним хорошо ухаживают.
Мы остановились в номере Deluxe с собственным джакузи и с удовольствием рекомендуем его тем, кто любит расслабиться и спокойно отдохнуть. Номер был очень чистым и уютным, а джакузи стало прекрасным дополнением к нашему отдыху.

Cons:

Было несколько моментов, которые, на наш взгляд, можно было бы улучшить.
В номере были халаты, но не было тапочек. Было немного некомфортно ходить босиком по номеру, особенно после душа или джакузи.
В номере не было утюга. Некоторые наши вещи помялись в чемодане во время поездки, и, к сожалению, мы не смогли их надеть, потому что не было возможности их погладить.
Фен тоже можно было бы заменить. Он был довольно шумным, и чтобы он работал, приходилось постоянно сильно нажимать на ручку, из-за чего сушить длинные волосы было неудобно.
Завтрак оказался довольно однообразным, почти с одинаковым выбором блюд каждое утро. Кофе нам тоже не особенно понравился. Учитывая стоимость завтрака, нам показалось приятнее завтракать в одном из ближайших кафе, где выбор блюд значительно больше. Поскольку рядом с отелем находится множество отличных ресторанов и традиционных таверн, мы бы рекомендовали бронировать номер без завтрака и попробовать местную кухню.

Room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Many different pillow options and additional blankets available. Very good location, easy to walk everywhere. Also the staff were so helpful, especially the girl at the front desk, she made us feel so welcome❤️

Perfect location and harbor view, cleanliness, super friendly staff and hospitality. Room was exactly as described/shown on booking. Overall a great experience.

Cons:

Minor things to elevate the stay from wonderfull to perfect. Missing a drying rack to lay beach towels/swimsuits in the balcony. Hair dryer should be replaced (the one attached to the bathroom was not handy at all and quite weak on power).

Our stay at Casa Porto Hotel
Pros:

The hotel it's self is perfectly placed being on the port. A 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptional and very attentive to our needs. One huge bonus was the cruise ships to Spinalonga sail from outside the hotel so no trip to the ship. I really can't say how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Porto Hotel. Highly recommended.
