Отель близко к пещере Прометея
Pros:

Отель очень близко к пещере Прометея. На территории есть несколько открытых бассейнов и небольшая джакузи внутри. К сожалению, открытые бассейны не работали, про закрытый узнали случайно, сами сотрудники при заселении ничего не сказали. Сама территория большая и ухоженная. Есть небольшая детская площадка. Вкусный завтрак и вообще еда в ресторане.

Cons:

На завтраке была очень большая очередь к кофемашинам, и явная нехватка столов по сравнению с желающими. Также жаль, что не удалось воспользоваться спа зоной в полной мере. Музей вина тоже не работал из-за дождя.

Excellent location, overall good with chances for improvement
Pros:

Excellent location at the entrance of Prometeus Cave, perfect for rainy days. The breakfast as well as dinner were truly delicious and rich.

Cons:

Unfortunately, sauna and wellness were not operating during our stay. It turned out that sauna was also quite small.

Very , very disappointed. Worst stay ever. We went with mom for the weekend, but we run out after one night stay. We had book two nights but couldn’t stay second night. Only one thing was good, massage, Nari was excellent and she was the reason we stayed second afternoon, because we had book her in advance. Breakfast was awful, room was dirty, towels were 100 years old, bed was uncomfortable. In the room was some disgusting insect. Sunday morning WiFi gone and the reception guy said want be back till Monday morning, I paid for two nights 1000 GEL . Mom got the worst experience ever. I’m not bother about my self. I had have better stay in Tanzania airport two star hotel .

Отель оставил исключительно положительные впечатления! Всё было на высшем уровне — от сервиса до комфорта. Персонал очень внимательный, вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Атмосфера в отеле приятная и располагающая к отдыху. С удовольствием вернусь снова💚

Pros:

Location - just next to Prometeus cave

Cons:

Too many things didn't work as expected. For example, a door to a bathroom could be fully closed. Toilet required playing with flush buttons to operate. Bathrobes were of different kind and one without a belt. Doors to spa zome were open, with with lights switched off and sauna/jacuzzi turned off. Internet wasn't working for 2 days with no visible attempts to fix it.

Overall - newly built and poorly run hotel to provide overnight stay for large organised groups travelling by bus. Solo/family travellers are likely not their target audience.
