large hotel with a great pool and spa faclities. great restaurant even if it looked a bit big and cold at first sight. Thank you to the team at the reception. Everyone was perfect

Ubytování vynikající, anglicky se domluvíte. Pokoje čisté, nic jim nechybělo. Co se týká snídaně, tak musím říct ze jak inzeruji ze je dobrá, tak upřímně byla fantastická. Ne jen snídaně ale celkově restaurace v hotelu předčila naše očekávání. Kousek od hotelu jsme navštívily jeskyni a vylezli jsme z ní u hotelu. Takže jedním slovem bomba. 🥰

Breakfast was acceptable
Cleanliness was good
Staff can be more friendly, we stayed for 15 days in georgia and thats the only place we were not welcomed with smiles and greetings. (That's how we treat everyone and expect to be treated).I can even say that staff lag the basic hospitatily skills and courtesy. The only friendly people were the one running the shops outside the hotel.
Very limited supply of room accomdations-
- Extra blanket was not given when requested , had to use the shower robe at night to cover myself while i was having a 39.5 fever ! Apprently there were non in stock !!
- When requested extra cups to the room for my childs night milk drink , we were hardly questioned on the reasons and had to provide convincing reasons for the staff to get one for our room.
We found a snake in the children play area, being in the middle of the forest that is expected and can happen;, yet i ex0ect the children play area to have the grass better groomed to maintain better safety measures and visibility to such matters.
Conclusion : okay to stay here , but dont expect a high end service, the good rating only goes to location of hotel and hotel landscape - a good stay within the itinerary of roaming the region if you have a car of course.

הכל היה מושלם, ללא חסרונות , המיקום מבודד ושקט וזה יתרון גדול .

Hôtel est bien, même si les équipements sont un peu vieillots. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le meilleur point d’interêt est la piscine, suffisamment grande et bien entretenue.
Le menu du soir est très moyen, mais ça dépanne
