La habitación, aunque pequeña, es muy cómoda, con buena vista hacia un pequeño parque. Un lugar 100% recomendable.
Falta de aire acondicionado. Hay un ventilador en la habitación y ayuda bastante. También falta un frigobar y sobre todo un ascensor (subir cuatro pisos con la maleta no fue cómodo).
The room decor was executed extremely well. Very cosy rooms. Location deserve 10 stars. It's literally 30 seconds away from the paddington station and for a woman travelling alone is very safe.
The hotel is very noisy, and there are a lot of stairs to reach the top floor - no lift.
They also do not accept card payments at the vending machine, so you can only pay in cash, which feels quite outdated since many people no longer carry cash.

Es hat keinen Lift und nur ein enges Treppenhaus. Unser Zimmer war etwas sehr eng, die Koffer hatten nirgends Platz.

Staff on arrival were very friendly. Location was excellent. Room weas clean. Very good wifi and fast too.
No air conditioning. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No ironing board in room, No water in room. Key has to be handed to reception each time you leave. No breakfast or meals available. Television is tiny. Loo paper is from a dispenser and was in low supply. I had a superior room and the only toiletry available was a shower cap. Towels are tiny. I would never stay here at full price or at any discounted price unless it was in winter and nowhere else was available.
They had a small fan in the room which made it bearable.
The price was incredibly high for a standard service, small room. I’m happy to pay the price, but the lacklustre service, no eye contact, dragging bags up 5 flights of tight stairs (no elevator), small rooms - mean you can’t charge 400 GBP a night.

Very convenient location for exploring Loondon. Very similar standard to other hotels in the area. We got a room on the 4t floor, which was a little inconvenient since there are no elevators.

The location was great for the event we attended
You walked straight into the bathroom from the entrance door. The shower and the toilet had clear screens so not very private when sharing the room with a friend. There was however a screen door that we could pull across in between the bedroom. The room was fine for once night but I couldn’t stay in that room for any longer.

Quarto extremamente pequeno pelo valor cobrado, além da acústica que dá pra ouvir tudo do quarto ao lado, pela falta de ar condicionado, pelo barulho vindo da rua( poderia ter vidro duplo nas janelas, pelo menos).

The location is amazing and also the room was very clean.
They have a policy that every time you leave the hotel (even for a short trip to the corner store) you need to give your keys to the reception! This is very inconvenient and bizarre - I’ve never stayed in a hotel that asked that. Also, the rooms do not look like the pictures, especially the bathroom!! The reality is much worse than the pictures.

Body lotion would be good. Otherwise everything was great.
