Genial
Pros:

El staff es increíble, te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Me alojé tanto en habitaciones compartidas como en una habitación individual, y ambas experiencias fueron excepcionales. De hecho, fui alargando mi estancia porque estaba tan a gusto.
Las camas son muy cómodas, el ambiente es genial y el restaurante ofrece comida buenísima. Imprescindible alquilar una moto para llegar a los sitios (el hotel ofrece alquiler muy económico).
Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente.

Magnifique séjour à Lombok
Pros:

Tout, j’ai absolument tout aimé, le personnel et leur accueil incroyable, la chambre et sa décoration qui fait se sentir chez soi, la piscine dans un écrin de verdure, les prestations proposées : la découverte du yoga, l’excursion à Tetebatu, la nourriture : savoureuse à souhait… j’ai passé une semaine formidable, au delà de ce à quoi je m’attendais. Un grand merci à la Porter Family 💚🙏🏽

Comfortabel en geweldig verblijf gehad
Pros:

Ik sliep in de dorm en het was een van de meest comfortabele bedden in dorms waar ik geslapen heb. Door het rolgordijn creeer je je eigen cocon, waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Je hebt erg veel ruimte bij je bed om je spullen kwijt te kunnen, langs de randen maar ook op je plank naast je bed. Verder heb je je eigen lampje en meerdere stopcontacten. Alles wat je nodig hebt bij je eigen bed! Verder sliep het bed erg lekker. Daarnaast krijg je een grote kluis. Wanneer je boven slaapt in de dorms, zul je helaas wel telkens de trap af moeten om iets uit je kluis te pakken, maar door de ruimte die je bij je bed krijgt voor je spullen, is dat niet heel erg. Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De manager kwam persoonlijk kennismaken en een praatje maken. De dames achter de bar zijn ook heel lief, en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Wanneer je een driver wilde regelen was de communicatie vanuit de receptie soms matig. Ze zijn zeker altijd bereid dit voor je te regelen en dit komt uiteindelijk altijd goed, alleen soms was het niet helemaal duidelijk wat de status van de driver was of wanneer deze zou arriveren. Zeker als je een driver met de receptie wilde regelen via Whatsapp, leidde dit soms tot onduidelijkheid en verwarring over wanneer de driver zou arriveren. Klein verbeterpuntje.

Pros:

Porter’s is absolute perfection in every way. Stylish and well maintained hotel, the rooms are massive with beautiful outdoor tropical garden bathrooms. A very short scooter ride to the main road that has all the best bars and restaurants.

Cons:

It is all amazing ….. just a shame they don’t use the stunning yoga space and provide classes in the low season.

Chic chill holiday
Pros:

Very tranquil location, unfortunately building sites all around but that’s to be expected and did not retract from the experience. Tasteful interior and architectural design very well executed to very high standards with fantastic staff.

Cons:

The building sites around but that’s no fault of the hotel. It will be completed soon enough and would not let it stop from booking.

We hadden een taxi geboekt via het hotel voor ‘s nachts maar er was niemand bij de receptie. Later bleek hij te slapen in het restaurant op een bank. Wij moesten hem wakker maken en daarop reageerde hij niet geheel vriendelijk

Struttura immersa nel verde a Kuta Lombok
Pros:

Bella struttura immersa nella quiete .. lontano dal trambusto di Kuta Lombok.
Considerate comunque che attualmente a Kuta Lombok ci sono cantieri edili ovunque, anche vicino alla struttura, ma una volta varcato il cancello si rimane nella quiete, si ha l’impressione di essere nella foresta, con vista sulla collina davanti.
Necessario noleggiare lo scooter a mio parere, noi abbiamo fatto così e ci siamo goduti i dintorni in totale indipendenza e libertà.
Comoda la presenza del ristorante interno: alla fine entrambe le sere per comodità dopo una lunga giornata di escursioni abbiamo mangiato nella struttura, molto buono.
