Huzurlu ve dinlendirici bir tatildi.İnsan kendini evinde gibi hissediyor.

Kahvaltı ideal açık büfe yeterliydi.Banyo temizliği iyiydi.Personellerin hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.Havluların her gün değiştirilmesi iyiydi.İnternet iyi çekim gücüne sahipti otel huzurlu ve rahattı özellikle yatak çok rahattı.Küvet iyiydi . Dekorasyon güzeldi belki mobilyalar yenilenebilir.

Kahvaltı alanı dardı.Böyle dar bir alanda kollu sandalyeler ayrıca yer kaplıyordu.İnsanlar tabaklarını bitirdikten sonra masalarda bırakıp gidiyor bunun için bir alan belirlenip yönlendirme yapılabilir böylece insanlar boş tabakları bir yerde toplar ve başka insanlar boş masa görür
Odada yatak kenarındaki duvar ışığını sadece kullanmak istediğimde yanıp yanıp sönüyor tek başına açık bir şekilde kullanıyordum
Genel temizlik iyiydi fakat mobilyalar kirliydi çekmeceler ,TV ünitesinin altı ve mini bar dolabı kirliydi.Her gün toplanan kirli havluların toplanma esnasında otel koridorunda yerde açık bir şekilde toplandığını görmek iyi değildi.Bir çöp poşetine yada özel bir poşete koyularak toplanabilir bütün beyaz havluları yığın halinde yerde görmek güzel olmuyor tekrar biz kullanacağız onları.Çapraz karşı oda da biri ayakkabısını odanın dışına bırakmıştı bu komik bir durum fakat insanlar otelde hep beraber bulunuyorlar ve güzel bir davranış değil toplum kuralları gereği olarak

Air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. We asked for a refund so we could find an alternative hotel but were refused. They got an engineer out which made no difference. Tried to give us a different room but the air con issue was in the building. The air con was so dirty too.
The staff members called the owner who refused to help.we have 2 young children and it was an absolute nightmare.

Pros:

Wonderful second stay in Tirana

This was my second stay here, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The property is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

It really feels like a place you are happy to return to, which is exactly why I chose to stay here again. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Tirana!

The staff was very welcoming and answered to our needs.

Cons:

The card key needed each day a reset, the room was very crowded, even when it said it was 32 squared meters. The staff was very accommodating- but the were stuff missing when we got there.
Some on the drawers had missing handles, it was very hard to open.

Cons:

Cheveux sur le lit, clim qui fait un bruit de dingue, garderie d'enfants juste derrière notre chambre, tv hors service, douche... spéciale...

Hotellets läge är bra, det är också lätt att ta sig dit och området känns säkert.”

Cons:

Rummet var inte tillräckligt utrustat. Det saknades en garderob för att förvara kläder. Även badrummet hade problem med vattnet; vid duschning fylldes området runt badrummet med vatten eftersom avrinningen fungerade
