False advertising
Cons:

The bathroom door had upper hinge broken, we were unable to close the door after us. Also executive suite with jacuzzi it was advertised as having corner bathtub which was not the case. I expressed my disappointment with receptionist who said ‘yeah it’s a mistake on a website’. We book that hotel for the corner jacuzzi to give my kids an experience.

Great hotel near downtown Tirana
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Imperator. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and everything was arranged with great attention to detail.

What really made the difference, however, was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Joana Linert, Antonela, and Adisa, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.

I highly recommend Hotel Imperator to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Pros:

Lovely clean, luxurious room, comfortable beds & Jacuzzi.
Friendly helpful staff
Varied breakfast
Near lots of shops but off the main busy street, so quieter
Only put Good for room because there was some handles missing on drawers but didnt cause us an issue.
Patoko taxi's were so helpful and cheap compared to other firms...took a prestige car to the airport for 20 euro's it was so comfortable

Proche des points d’intérêts à pieds, bel hôtel très bien équipés. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée.

Pros:

Nice new room.
The breakfest was very good with a variety of the food. The wggs served cold which i didn't like

Cons:

The hotel is rated 4 stars but i am not sure that the hotel qualifies for 4 stars
The shower in the bathroom with closed glass or nylon therefore the batroom is wet after taking a shower and nothing to dry it
