Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and answered to our needs.

Cons:

The card key needed each day a reset, the room was very crowded, even when it said it was 32 squared meters. The staff was very accommodating- but the were stuff missing when we got there.
Some on the drawers had missing handles, it was very hard to open.

Situation proche du centre

Cons:

Cheveux sur le lit, clim qui fait un bruit de dingue, garderie d'enfants juste derrière notre chambre, tv hors service, douche... spéciale...
Soi-disant chambre de 35m2 mais plutôt 25...

Hotellets läge är bra, det är också lätt att ta sig dit och området känns säkert.”

Cons:

Rummet var inte tillräckligt utrustat. Det saknades en garderob för att förvara kläder. Även badrummet hade problem med vattnet; vid duschning fylldes området runt badrummet med vatten eftersom avrinningen fungerade

Pros:

La posizione comoda per arrivare al centro

Cons:

Le stanze minuscole la colazione inesistente cioè 3 uova e un po’ di succo di frutta siamo dovuti andare ad un bar al centro per farla ,il condizionatore che nn funzionava faceva uno strano rumore e usciva polvere dal filtro .. dopo aver avvisato alla reception hanno detto che nn potevano fare niente.. e c’erano 35 gradi .. un altra pecca le camere attaccate alla reception che appena aprivi la porta si vedeva il letto, che potevano vederlo tutti.. da non tornarci mai più dopo quello che abbiamo pagato

Old cigarettes in the ashtray, moldy and broken furniture, damaged bedsheets, broken door, hole in the wall, rusty mirror and a window in the bathroom you can’t open as blocked with the shower, dusty and dirty furniture- I get no refund, it’s a really bad experience and bad customer care.

Not a bad location near the high road.

Cons:

Lift had issues, our rooms water stopped running on a couple of occasions, so we had to shower in other rooms. No sockets to charge appliances by the bed, only limited options by the television. The tv was also not working properly.
