On the whole it was satisfactory. I will definitely visit the place once again and that too soon.
Pros:

Staff was courteous, polite and receptive for feedback and suggestions. Location was quite convenient for my purpose. Food quality was good.
I sincerely hope during my next visit I will see much better place and improved performance of the organisation.

Cons:

The place needs to have checklist approach to their routines. There should be checks performed by the senior management.
Scope to enhance the cleanliness of the rooms.
