Pros:

Extremely nice staff, good location, comfortable bed/pillows. Room was clean and had a nice table/chairs and great view.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is geared toward domestic travelers (which was expected), but hot coffee would have been nice (I was able to make an iced coffee). The water didn't always get hot in shower. Spotted an undesirable bug walking in prepped pho bowls at breakfast.

Pros:

Ví trí trên đường Xuân Diệu sát bờ biển, mặc dù bãi biển trước mặt không tắm được, nhưng có thể đi bộ ra bãi tắm trung tâm.

Cons:

Khách sạn để máy xông hơi thơm nhưng lại tạo ra mùi hôi và ẩm thấp ngay khi bước vào.
Khi có nhiều khách đi tắm biển về dẫn đến sàn nhà ướt, dễ trơn trượt, nhưng không có HK lau dọn kịp thời.
Khăn tắm, ga, gối màu trắng xỉn màu, cũ kỹ cần thay mới.
Vòi sen ở nhà tắm (phòng tắm đứng và bồn) không điều hướng được, dẫn đến khi tắm nước sẽ văng ra ướt hết sàn nhà vệ sinh.
Phòng khách sạn có cả gián. Báo với lễ tân thì chỉ ghi nhận chứ không có 1 lời xin lỗi.
Khu vực hồ bơi cũ kỹ, vách tường và trần có nhiều lỗ đục trên tường/ trần, không đẹp đẽ như trong hình.
Khu vực ăn sáng bố trí quá nhiều bàn, ghế to, dẫn đến chật chội.
