The best stay I have had so far in Hobart. The venue was clean, exactly looked (even better) than it was shown on photos, staff are really helpful and friendly, and gosh the animals are adorable!!

The bed looking out the window
Room was very dusty, bed headboard full of dust. Room wasnt clean, had rubbish in bins
A beautiful modern complex where contemporary architecture blends perfectly with nature. The pavilions are stunning, with lovely views over the valley and animals from the windows.
The rooms have everything you need, and the staff were very friendly. It is also a wonderful place for a walk. You can feed the animals and stroll along the water. The whole place is very beautiful.
The bed was a bit too firm for my personal preference.
Would have been useful to have a recycle bin outside for cans/bottles that we could put into rather than leaving on the floor for your staff to pick up. A bin in the main room rather than just in bathroom would be good also.

Very nice surroundings, beautiful room and bathroom. Everything was very clean.
The entrance indicated on maps is wrong, you have to Come in through the same entry as the one for the restaurant. Wifi could be better.
The buildings blend in with its surroundings and are situated on a beautiful piece of land. The rooms are very comfortable too.
Unfortunately we didn’t see much of the wildlife but that’s always hit and miss and because we were there in winter there was of course no fruit to pick 🙃
