Nice first impression about the hospitality
Pros:

The staff have all been very kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also well located with many public transportation possibilities and shops around.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit small, but that is not a major issue.

Классный чистый отель, я сюда вернусь
Pros:

Наконец-то чистый отель в Стамбуле, где не воняет в номерах, удобные постели, хорошее месторасположение, вкусные турецкие завтраки ( отдельное спасибо женщине которая их готовит), дружелюбный персонал на рецепции! Отель близко находится к парому и к автобусам

Pros:

Завтраки были однообразными, но вкусными. Расположение гостиницы идеальное: до причала минут 10 ходьбы, до автостанции к автобусу в аэропорт мин 5. Вокруг гостиницы много кафешек национальных блюд, голодными не останетесь, Рыбный базар мин 15 ходьбы. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Нам дали возможность позднего выезда из номера без каких-либо оплат. Персонал в столовой есть русскоговорящий.

Cons:

не хватало балкона с видом на море )))))))

Sehr netter Service und Mitarbeitende am Empfang:) die zimmer sind total sauber, bequeme betten, super Ausstattung. Jeden morgen haben wir im Foyer einen Cay bekommen. Vielen dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé et très confortable. La literie était parfaite, nous avons très bien dormi et le personnel est adorable.pour finir le petit déjeuner était très bon! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir

Clean Hotel, Great Location
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of the ferry and all that Kadikoy has to offer. We were easily able to walk there from the HavaBus stop with our luggage. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff is attentive and present downstairs 24/7. Room was small but had all the necessary amenities including a small fridge, nice shower, and good AC. The view from our room was also surprisingly beautiful! (We could see all the way over the water to the European side.)

Cons:

The main issue we faced during our stay was the smell of cigarette smoke from our neighboring hotel guests. We are not smokers, and our breathing was affected negatively. However, I believe this problem is difficult to avoid in Istanbul, and we did not complain. The rooms are small but completely adequate. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a mini fridge in the room, but it was not super cold, so we only used it for water and did not try to keep perishable food in there.
