An exceptional stay from start to finish. The rooms are wide, very clean, exactly what you hope for in a quality hotel. What truly sets this property apart, however, is its people.

A special mention must go to Mr. Mohammed Alsharif, Head of Room Services, whose professionalism and warm hospitality made a genuine difference. He went above and beyond in arranging a room upgrade, handling everything with grace and efficiency. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such genuine care with true service excellence.

The entire staff reflects the same welcoming spirit, friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. I left feeling genuinely valued as a guest, not just a booking reference.

Highly recommended. I will absolutely be returning.

كل شي سيئ المصاعد خربانه واحد يشتغل واثنين لا ريحة الغرفه مجاري القيمه كبيره جدا على المستوى المواقف جدا ضيقه حاجزه عن طريق بوكينغ وموكد وصلت قال الموظف ماعندك حجز وبعد نقاش طويل معه طلع فيه حجز وموكد لا يمكن اكرر التجربه فيه لا يوجد مطعم يوجد بس فطور ومحدود جدا السعر مبالغ فيه مقابل الخدمه مخدات النوم غير مريحه ازعاج الشارع لايوجد عزل لصوت النافذات صغيره ولا تطل على شي وغير نظييفه لا اكرر تجربة السكن فيه ازعاج من الطابق الي فوقنا طول الوقت ازعاج وتسحيب كراسي الاقامه جدا كانت سيئه وغير مريحه
