Das Hotel hat alles, was man braucht. Ist sehr sauber und man kann sich dort nur wohlfühlen. Der kleine Balkon und die kleine Teeküche sind Extras, die man sonst nicht unbedingt hat. Der Pool war ein Highlight. Gefallen haben uns vermeintlich kleine Details, wie saubere Handtücher am Pool und im Fitnessraum. Ebenso, dass täglich Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestellt wurde oder im Fitnessraum verfügbar war.
Großartig war zudem das Café und vor allem der Kaffee selbst. Die Mitarbeitenden waren super freundlich. Auch das Frühstück selbst war völlig ausreichend. Auf kleine “Extrawünsche” wurde problemlos eingegangen.
Man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Wir haben auch alles als sehr ruhig empfunden.
Die Lage etwas schwierig. Wir wussten dies durch andere Beiträge und haben uns dennoch (alles Gute ist nie beisammen) für das Hotel entschieden. Man kommt mit Taxi, Tuk-Tuk etc. problemlos überall hin und wir sind auch zur BTS gelaufen. Geht alles, aber ist halt etwas aufwändiger.
Es gibt ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen in der direkten Umgebung.

We had a wonderful stay at Shama Yen-Akat Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very comfortable, with a lovely swimming pool and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, especially after spending the day exploring busy Bangkok.
There was honestly nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was excellent and we were very happy with our stay.
Kind and helpful staff. Cleanliness in the room and the hotel as a whole. The breakfasts are delicious, choose from the menu.

الموقع قليلا بعيدا عن الاماكن الحيويه ولاكنه ليس مشكله كبيره بوجود برنامج بولت

صعوبة التنقل في الفندق بسبب لازم يكون كرت الغرفه معك كل مكان لازم تستخدم الكرت المصعد يتاج كرت دخول الجيم يتاج كرت الدخول حوض سباحه يحتاج كرت الدخول …..وبعد الوبي فيه ريحت التدخين بسبب قرب مكان التدخين من الوبي الريحه معبيه الوبي

A little bit far from everything and when with kids those distances become negociations with your family, that otherwise would not be.
Amazing, exceptionally clean, staff were amazing - mink, su, Tatum, nice and many more. Food is absolutely gorgeous and I’m a food snob. Second time here and I’ll definitely be back!
