Everything. I travelled with my daughters, arrived at night and the receptionist was very welcoming. And the interconnected rooms he offered as an upgrade to our booking was a top cherry at the cake. The location is amazing at the city center close to everything in almost 2-5 min.

This is such a beautiful property that is located in the heart of Palma. Everything about it is wonderful and would love to visit again.
Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel in top Lage. Ideales Hotel, um in Palma Urlaub zu machen. Mit dem sehr guten Frühstück im Innenhof startet der Tag schon nahezu perfekt! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Superb boutique hotel which was perfectly located behind the Cathedral. The room was beautiful. comfortable, quiet AC, stunning views. Fabulous breakfast in the courtyard. All the staff were friendly and gave a personal touch. They managed my confusing booking after I added an extra night and we were able to stay in the same room.
Just a little issue with the coffee machine but this is really just a small detail which I believe they are sorting out anyway.
I really enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel has such a lovely feel to it — it is beautifully quiet and peaceful too.
It is a fantastic boutique hotel right in the very heart of Palma’s charming Old Town. You have everything you need just steps away: lovely shops, cafes, and great restaurants all nearby.
The staff were absolutely wonderful — so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always ready to assist with anything you might need.
It was truly an amazing experience — I loved it here and would definitely come back!

Location excellent and the unique nature of the building
Sound insulation non existent between the rooms a specially at 1:30 in the morning
Could hear people walking in the room using toilet and shower, spoiled the whole experience together with the noisiest beds which was partially fixed but not 100%

Last minute booking after thrown off a cancelked flight. Really lovely room, fabulous location and the staff were amazing. Receptionist whatsapp'd as soon as id booked and got early check-in (much needed after easyjet tussle). Central but quiet. Will definitely ho vack
