Pros:

Can Cirera really set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff were exceptional throughout warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to go above and beyond. We were delighted to be offered a room upgrade on arrival, a lovely touch that immediately made us feel valued as guests.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Everything you need in Palma is right on your doorstep, making it easy to explore the city.

There wasn’t a single thing I could fault. The whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a standout place to stay in Palma.

Un angolo di paradiso nel cuore di Palma
Pros:

Atmosfera elegante, accogliente e autentica. La posizione è perfetta per vivere la città a piedi, ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto è la tranquillità che si respira appena si entra.
La colazione nel cortile interno è stata uno dei momenti più belli del soggiorno: un ambiente curato, rilassante e pieno di charme, ideale per iniziare la giornata con calma.

Otroligt nära allt, mysigt o pittoreskt

Cons:

Frukosten god MEN det var ingen buffé vilket betyder att man inte blev riktigt mätt, vattnet kostade pengar då detta inte ingick, även en extra kaffe fick man betala för, dyrt!

Pros:

Wir wollten den letzten Abend vor der Rückreise mitten in Palma verbringen. Dafür eignet sich das Hotel perfekt, es ist absolut zentral gelegen, unmittelbarer neben der Kathedrale. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, da sind natürlich viele Touristen unterwegs, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber ruhig. Es gibt auch sicher noch ruhigere Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt eine ganz klare Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder!

Great location and a beautiful setting. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful old building and couldn’t be more central. That said, there was virtually no noise from other rooms or the cathedral next door. We had a lovely terrace and could sit out there in relative privacy. And peace. The very large bed was extremely comfortable. The shower easy to use and excellent pressure.

Cons:

I liked everything. That said, we didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Kleines, charmantes Hotel in top-zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt neben der Kathedrale und mit schönem Blick entlang des Königspalastes. Alles in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schönes Haus, aufwendig zum Hotel umgestaltet. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, was sich „ausgezahlt“ hat, da sich 10 m neben dem Hotel ein sehr schönes (und günstiges) Café befindet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Frühstück etwas zu teuer.
