Pros:

Location was awsome, 30m from main square. People who are working there were so kind. The girl working on the reception, Meryem, was incredible. She and her husbend tried to help us with the problem we had whit taxi.
Mohamed, who is worked there, always gave us free tea and was really kind. He gave us good advices what we could see in Istanbul.

Prima maar er is ruimte voor verbetering.
Pros:

De ligging is perfect. Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima aangezien je toch de gehele dag buiten de stad aan het verkennen bent.

Cons:

Sommige handdoeken en beddengoed zaten vol met vlekken. Het was verder wel gewassen want het rook lekker maar zag er daardoor wel onhygiënisch uit. Er was geen plek om het wc papier op te hangen. Geen plek om je toiletspullen te leggen. Geen plek om je koffer neer te zetten. Bij het aanrecht zit een metalen plaat die in de lucht hangt, hier heb ik mijzelf aan opengehaald. Er hing een föhn, maar deze was kapot. Tijdens het douchen komen er allemaal stukjes los omdat het niet goed schoongemaakt is. Er lag een scheermes van een vorige klant.
In de aparte kamer zit bedrading wat niet goed is afgewerkt.
De kamers zouden 6 jaar geleden nog gerenoveerd zijn maar daar is niks meer van te zien.
Ik wilde op den duur mijn kussenhoes veranderen omdat er vlekken in zaten, tot grote schrik zag ik dat er in het kussen een grote geel bruine vlek zat.

Das Hotel Galatis war sehr sauber und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, das Essen lecker und die Lage sehr gut. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre angenehm und entspannend. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
