Great location near Victoria Station. Large, clean room.
We were there during the recent heat wave and there was no AC in the room. There was a fan, which helped,
For a basement room it was larger than expected and the location peaceful. The bathroom, although compact, was modern and clean with a full size shower.
Stairs to access basement rooms very steep and narrow. Would not be suitable for large suitcases.

It was a large room and had everything you would need including a steamer, coffee/tea, hairdryer etc.
Great location and very quiet, close to Victoria but didn't hear anything.
If I had to pick something it would be having to get the key from another location close by but other than that it was perfect.
Great location in London. The room was lovely and the bed comfortable.
Our room was on the top floor with 6 lots of steep stairs and no lift. When we arrived with two heavy suitcases and bags we had to carry them up. At no point was I told this. I am 60 with arthritic knees and I would have changed our reservation if I’d known. If you are in a similar situation make sure you request a room on the ground floor or ask if the hotel has a lift.
The cleanliness, location and decor were just what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful and will recommend this hotel to friends and family who travel to London.

Close proximity to public transport and to meet our coach tour. Good size room, slightly small bathroom but to be expected in London. There is a flight of stairs to get into room which not was not an issue for us. Great restaurants/pubs surrounding the hotel.
We chose to do the continental breakfast which we wouldn’t do again, not worth what we paid. It came with a juice box, muffin and a piece of fruit.

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi da Victoria Station e varie fermate pullman. Sufficiente per un soggiorno di pochi giorni.
Ci è capitata la stanza in soffitta, con soffitto basso e una sola finestra murata. Le scale sono piuttosto scomode, piccole e ripide.
Durante il soggiorno non è mai stata pulita la stanza.
All’arrivo ci è stato richiesto un deposito cauzionale di 40£, non specificato sull’annuncio (comunque restituito immediatamente al check-out).
