Every detail of the experience exceeded expectations; there was truly nothing to dislike.
Pros:

The hotel location was perfect and very convenient. The room decoration was elegant and beautifully designed, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and sincerely answered every question we had with kindness and professionalism. We truly felt welcomed and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist zentral, dadurch ist man sehr schnell überall.
Das Personal ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Design aussergewöhnlich und wirklich toll. Die Aufenthaltsräume der tolle secret garden super schön.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte leider nur ein Dachfenster :-(, dadurch war es jedoch sehr ruhig.
Wir haben zunächst kein Frühstück dazu gebucht, da wir keine großen Frühstücker sind, es gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit eines To Go Frühstücks, das ist eine gute Alternative, diese haben wir genutzt und konnten uns das Buffet anschauen und waren froh das große Frühstück nicht genommen zu haben. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war sehr laut und wuselig und das Frühstück hätte unsere qualitativen Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Cons:

Yataklar ve yastıklar çok rahatsız. Aşırı yumuşaktı. Belimiz sırtımız boynumuz ağrıdı. Odanın tuvaleti amerikan mutfak olur ya, amerikan tuvalet gibiydi. Çocuk biz tuvalate girdiğimizde uyandı.

Excellent location and quirky, fun interior. Reception staff are friendly and check in was quick and easy.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable, curtains let light into the room, plug sockets were not near the mirror, the bathroom is really dark and the shower heads were covered in lime scale. Water was like warm. Towels were frayed and had holes in them. Had to request for the room to be cleaned.

Прекрасное месторасположение, вкусные завтраки, отличные номера. Интерьер отеля выше всяких похвал, очень вкусный ресторан где можно поужинать, классный бар с необычными коктейлями, комната с винилом и еще много всего интересного, люблю эту сеть, и конкретно этот отель рекомендую

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, in der Altstadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Zimmer, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Super leckeres Frühstück. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.
