Hôtel très proche du port et de tous les restaurants à pied.
Petite piscine rooftop sympa

La chambre est belle mais le clip clap n’est pas confortable pour y dormir.

It was an exceptional stay thanks to the staff and the restaurant.
Pros:

The location and staff, particularly Ocin and Edu were exceptional in assisting me . Ocin helped me to find a tour company and she took me grocery shopping. Thank you.
The Japanese need restaurant on the top floor is excellent in presentation and quality of the food.

Muy bien ubicada para ir caminando al puerto y restaurantes

Precio muy caro para la habitación. Hay mucho ruido del exterior porque las ventanas no aíslan el sonido. Un lugar regular para una noche

Great place to stay if you are taking a boat trip the next day.
Pros:

Large spacious unit with separate bedroom and sofa bed in main room was ideal for 3 people. Very clean, beds were comfy, water, tea and coffee supplied. Location is great in as far as it is right in the heart of Labuan Bajo close to harbour, so easy to explore the town and get to the harbour the next day to start our boat trip. Downside is that it is extremely noisy at night, the hotel even provides earplugs to help you sleep!

Cons:

All rooms in the hotel are facing a very noisy street. Rooms look old and filthy, dirty cups, very grey overused towel, hairdryer only on demand and it also looks old and filthy. WiFi is pretty much non-existent. No breakfast in the hotel. Hotel is terribly overpriced for what it has to offer.
