Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms very clean and comfortable
Food excellent

Cons:

Exceptionally hot weekend when we stayed so a fan in the room would have been ideal

Cons:

Service in the bar was poor, too many staff with nothing to do. Got our drinks order incorrect and when food came was never offered any condiments.

Great place and very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was spot on. At the side of the canal was relaxing and arriving on a Sunday with the sun shining and music out in the beer garden. What more could I need.

Cons:

I didn't realise the downstairs was closed on a monday and I had to either work in the room or find a Cafe. Not a big deal.

Very warm welcome and a fantastic hidden gem.
Pros:

Lovely big room which was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Huge comfortable bed and fabulous hot shower. We will be back!

Booked this hotel for my birthday and loved it!

I booked this hotel for my birthday and was absolutely delighted with my stay. The apartments are very comfortable, with a cozy bed, comfortable furniture, modern design, and a wonderful bathroom. Overall, it feels very inviting.
The pub and restaurant are cozy and calm, not for loud parties, with a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
We booked two rooms, and both were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was, without exaggeration, delicious.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and I am completely satisfied with the time we spent there. Highly recommended!

Convenient, spotlessly clean accommodation.
Pros:

Warm spotlessly clean room and lovely staff.
Comfortable bed and great shower. Very handy for Monton.

Cons:

It was partly closed over New Year so we could not renew tea bags and milk.
