Excellent hotel with everything you need
Pros:

This hotel was absolutely excellent in several ways and we loved our stay here. We would definitely book here again for our next trip!
- The room was huge, great amenities, quiet, very very comfy bed and powerful airconditioning (which was needed after the >30C heat outside!)
- The rooftop bar and restaurant has not only great food, wine and cocktails, but some of the best views of the city, Vesuvius and the bay
- The spa is excellent and great value for money
- The staff were so friendly and helpful
- Don't listen to the reviews which comment on the location. It is absolutely grand, and there was a shuttle too (although we never used it - got the metro most days). Gianturco station is less than a 10 minute walk and you can connect pretty much anywhere from there (we took day trips to Rome/Capri/Pompei during our week here), plus a couple of nice places to eat within a 5min walk also.

Cons:

No bad feedback, we had a wonderful stay.

Es war einfach der voll-Luxus.
Pros:

Der bezaubernde Ausblick auf den Vesuv und vor allem der bunte Whirlpool !Es war einfach so richtig krass.

Cons:

Das Bett war ein bisschen zu hart.Aber das macht mir nichts aus.

Zone peu attirante mais hôtel merveilleux.
Pros:

Chambre fabuleuse, lit King size et jacuzzi, salle d'eau très bien, préstations au top. Petits déjeuners biens, beaucoup de choix. Personnel aux petits soins.
Repas et boissons (vin/cocktails) très bons.
Parking GRATUIT et surveillé H24 à côté de l'hôtel très appréciable.

Cons:

Situation géographique vraiment pas terrible, la zone alentours fait friche industrielle (heureusement que les prestations sont à la hauteur pour le faire oublier), le tarif du service lors de la note au bar ou au restaurant est vraiment salée (32 euros de service en supplément pour 1 repas à 2, ça fait vraiment la différence sur le total).

Ruim voldoende.
Pros:

Netheid van het hotel. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Geweldige spa.

Cons:

De locatie is echt bedroevend. Iets uitgebreidere keuze in brood bij het ontbijt.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem Juwel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: es ist modern, sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut ausgestattet und verfügen über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Vom Restaurant und der Rooftop Bar hat man einen tollen Überblick über Neapel. Da wir früh am Morgen geflogen sind, konnten wir das Frühstück nicht ausprobieren. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Parkplatz, den man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Zentrums von Neapel. Von der Autobahn aus kommt man aber ganz schnell und einfach dort hin. Und auch der Flughafen ist vom Hotel aus schnell zu erreichen, weswegen wir es ausgesucht haben. Wir sind happy mit unserer Hotelauswahl und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Wir können nichts Negatives sagen.

One night very enjoyable, and will return on our next trip
Pros:

The Breakfast selection was massive. The location was in an industrial area that was clean, safe and not noisy. Not much traffic. There is an amazing SPA at this hotel

Cons:

Contract with a Taxi company to take and bring guests to and from the city center after shuttle service ceases for the day.
They only offered taxis to take not to bring back to the hotel.
Anyhow at the drop off point, there were many taxis.
