Parking is very limited so just keep that in mind. There is a car park close by but it’s was around $40 for the night. The walk up to the property is a little bit of an uphill hike. We were able to do it just fine with luggage but if you are older/have mobility challenges this will be hard. There was a bar that played music really loud into the night but not the properties fault.

There is some music from nightclubs at night, but it didn’t bother us

В номере не убирали, когда попросила дополнительное одеяло , замёрзла, дали тонкий плед и сказали что одеяла нет.немного изношенная мебель.

Вопиющая грязь, нелюбезный персонал, почти полное отсутствие сервиса. Остатки чужого кофе в кофе машине, грязный в пятнах и волосах пододеяльник, забитый волосами сток в душе, протекающая раковина в ванной комнате - чистили зубы и умывались в кухне , ржавая однокомфорочная плитка плитка, утюг настолько запущенный, что им невозможно гладить, даже просто прикоснуться к одежде … мы поменяли отель, как только смогли, хотя у нас остались невозвратно оплачены пять дней из семи. Уехать из этой грязи и отсутствия комфорта - было лучшим решением, никаких денег не жалко .

Минусы незначительные. Чтобы добраться до отеля необходимо подняться по лестнице. При заселении персонал может встретить внизу у начала лестницы и помочь с багажом.
Кровать не очень удобная, матрас на наш вкус слишком мягкий (или продавленный), а подушки слишком высокие. Насос за окном спальни включался всю ночь. Но думаю, это поправимо, и в целом минусы незначительные. Ещё громкая музыка из заведений старого города может мешать по вечерам.

L’accès à l’hôtel

The access to the hotel is via a lot of stairs, and there’s little lighting at night to help you find your way. This was fine for us as we had large backpacks, but those with heavy suitcases or elderly would really struggle. I believe the staff can assist you with luggage if required.

Unfortunately the room smelt like smoke on arrival. Additionally the toilet seat didn't stay up on its own.

The location is really confusing, pin on the map shows different building. In reality you have to take many steps way up hill and go behind local houses (doesn't look safe and clean). We noticed there was a mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom. The toilet lid wasn't properly secured - it kept falling down while open. The noise from clubs nearby was very loud, I had to sleep in my airpods.

The property owner failed to mention on the listing and hidden from the photos of the property the amount of stairs that need to be climbed to reach the property. I had a friend with a broken foot staying with me that could not reach the property and had to book a room in a different hotel after he had arrived to Fethiye.

Nothing I didn’t like

It’s next to a club that plays music until 5am. The walls vibrate and earplugs won’t help with the noise volume. The hotel is on a hill with no car access, you need to climb a lot of stairs which are dark at night.

Нас никто не встретил .Приехали и оказались перед запертой дверью . Телефон , указанный на сайте не отвечал . Хорошо в двери нашли записку с мобильным телефоном . Когда пришел управляющий , то нам сообщил , что нам еще повезло , что он был рядом , а не уехал домой . В номере был запах табака , очень неприятно

The 150 step climb for access was a surprise - didn’t see it mentioned anywhere. Fortunately we are fit enough but some would struggle.

It's high up many steps but the hotel staff helped me by bringing my suitcase up to the hotel from the main street for me!
